Dr. Bloom isn't the best out there period . He doesn't go the extra mile for his patients who are truly there to try and fix their issues . You're in and out in 10 mins that's if they aren't behind and I don't hear or feel any cracks while he does adjustments. They use the table to do adjustments and it's no where near as affective as other treatments. He is low standees compared to other chiropractors. Don't waste time money or insurance visits here. read more

Referral to this office but it look a few weeks and a handful of phone calls to get in to see a chiropractor. Once visited the office the front staff just confirms the lack of care they have for new patients. Two of the massage therapist bluntly ask you to tip them ( I understand and do tip,but it's crazy to be bluntly asked). If you don't rebook your next appointment in office it's nearly impossible to get a call back or even email back. Would not recommend, after two months of being here I feel like they just add up laser and muscle stimulant sessions just to over charge at every appointment. Also please be ready to spend at least an hour inside the office to get your adjustment. read more

I've been coming to Dr. Bloom at Bloom Family Chiropractic since July 2018. Around that time I started a new workout program and threw my back out a couple weeks in. I naively attempted to handle the pain on my own, but it was made apparent that I needed help by my complete lack of mobility after only a couple days of spasms. My husband has been coming to Bloom for years. Both he and I became fed up with my immobility as simply getting up from a seat let alone getting in and out of the car had become struggles. He made me an appointment that day, and I agreed to go desperate for some kind of relief. When I arrived, Dr. Bloom greeted me with warmth and understanding. He asked me several questions about my current discomfort and health history, took an x-ray, performed an adjustment, and sent me on my way with the prescription of icing my back (with a reusable pack he provided) for 20-30 mins at a time every 3-4 hours and only light physical activity. He told me to return the next day or so, which I did and received some muscle stimulator treatment and a bit of heat treatment before the adjustment. Within the next several days following his prescription and a couple other visits, I was mobile again with less and less tension and fewer to no spasms. After a couple weeks I was given the okay to do some exercises he provided me (nothing vigorous still) and approval to do some yoga. 18 months later, I still come to Dr. Bloom once a month or so for a regular adjustment. I am completely mobile, and I do HIIT workouts three times a week. My experience with Dr. Bloom and Bloom Family Chiropractic has not only taught me the importance of maintaining my physical health, but also knowing my boundaries and when it's okay to modify an exercise or take a day off and let my body rest. Make sure they actually bill your insurance! They take your money up front and then you have to continuously ask them to file the claim with your insurance. It's been 5 months with NO apology and they still have not paid me back the money that I didn't owe as my visits were covered by my insurance. read more

I had three visits with Dr. Teresa Guta; and by the third visit, I was in much worse condition than before my initial visit. As a result of one or more of her manual adjustments, I now have trauma to my coccyx (tailbone), which was never an area of concern - until now. Secondarily, each office visit was very rushed and impersonal; and lastly, I found myself on the receiving end of a couple of product pitches as well. Not recommended. read more

Very interesting characters that work here... I was referred by a friend and went directly after hiking one morning only to be made to feel like my time wasn't important enough for them which is unfortunate since I rushed there. I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes while one person was busy finishing paperwork and another was quietly in the back. Neither were with patients but both were too busy to help me and then made me wait another 15 after asking me what I needed. I was afraid to go to a chiropractor after having a problem with another one ? I hurt my shoulder and arm painting my house in may. I went to physical therapy for a while. It help some . But not totally. So I started going to Doctor guta hoping for good things to happen. Which they did. I am feeling a lot better also. I trust she is not going to do anything to hurt me too! I went to Dr. Guta after a car accident (rear ended). I was so sore, with an aching neck and back that I broke into a sweat when she evaluated me. It has now been three weeks of visits (3x p/w) and having a message once a week, and let me just tell you all, I can bend and walk without pain. I still have the occasional aches in the mornings, but it's been an amazing change in my overall range of motion and pain level. I would absolutely recommend you to see either Dr. Guta or Dr. Bloom. I saw Dr. Guta for some back numbness and tightness. I proceeded to get a neck xray, some electrical stimulator thing applied to my upper back, then a back and neck adjustment, ALL without ANY explanation of why or what to expect. I'm an ER nurse so maybe I expect too much, but no discussion about the spine and why the adjustments will help? Also, my sternum is bruised a week later still from that back adjustment. read more

I was referred to Bloom Chiropractic by a co-worker. I went in for my first visit on Friday Sept. 25, 2015 after suffering a week of excruciating lower right jaw pain. The pain was absolutely excruciating and so intense that all I could do was sit with an icepack to my face and just cry and wait for the pain to subside, only to have 4-5 attacks a night. Tylenol was just not helping. I met Dr. Guta for my appt., and explained what I was experiencing. She suggested that it sounded like Trigeminal Neuralgia and suggested neck xrays and neck and back adjustments. I had the xrays done and the adjustments. She said that she wanted to try laser therapy for the pain. They had the laser equipment but had never tried it on someone with Trigeminal Neuralgia. I agreed to come back the next day, Saturday for my first laser therapy treatment. The pain during the night even after the adjustment was just absolutely excruciating! My last appointment was 10/7/2015. To make a long story short, after 4 laser treatments in conjunction with neck and back adjustments, I'm so happy to say I'm 99% pain free. I do get the occasional nagging, aching pain but not the excruciating pain as before! I feel normal again and it's amazing how I've taken feeling normal for granted.
