After he and his partner took some measurements he said he would get back to us with an estimate. A few days later he texted us with samples of his work and design options for our own job. When ready, he sent us a picture of what he had designed and we set up a time for installation. When it came time for installation, he and his partner were punctual, asked us to look over the placement of the railings for our approval before completing the job and then completed the installation neatly and professionally.
