While staying at the Beau Rivage for an evening get away with family, we decided to dine at Stalla before we tried our luck at the casino. The restaurant is located just off of the casino, right next to the BR Prime Steak House. We made a reservation prior, but there seemed to be plenty of open tables around 7:30pm. We ended up with a table for 4 with a view of the casino, which was great for people watching. We started off with an order of bruschetta and calamari, which were both delicious. The basket of bread provided for the table was warm and super fresh and came with a side of hummus, as well as two other dipping sauces. For my entree, I had the Penne dish with scallops and a Caesar salad. The penne dish was a vodka sauce based dish, with fresh parmesan and fresh ground pepper on top. Both the pasta and the scallops were amazing. For dessert, the table shared the Liquid Snickers. It's best described as similar to a chocolate creme brûlée with a Ferraro Rocher on top. We were in chocolate heaven! I would definitely return to Stalla next time I'm at the Beau Rivage. The price was fair and the food was amazing. After dining at Stalla, I'm also excited to try BR Prime and and JIA at the Beau Rivage in the future! read more

Hubs and I went last night for his birthday, from Chicago and live in New Orleans. Bar none this was one of the best meals we have ever had! Calamari, chicken Parmesan my veggie pasta and even the bread, just perfect! Omg. This place is so cool. Dom was our waiter and keep our drinks coming while we waited on our other party. We all LOVED everything we ate. We started out with the calamari, antipasti platter and caprese salad. Yummy. I went with the margarita pizza. My husband loved his chicken marsala as well as my friends had each veal Parm and chicken francese. Everything was Delicious!!! Wasn't impressed with main course. The bread amazing the little spread plate that come with bread Tammy! But I ordered campanelle it was terrible. Pasta was swimming in olive oil. Barely any veggies I added grilled chicken and everything was so bland. I have to to ask marinara and drained the oil just bring some kind of flavor. It's a nice place. We decided to spend our anniversary dinner here. The food was great, but service was pretty slow. Ended up pouring our own champagne and finding more napkins. Great dining experience at Stalla. Started out with Oyster dip. Basically Oysters baked in olive oil and seasonings served with toasted bread. Excellent. For the main dish shrimp manicotti which was also excellent. Service was great the whole meal. Definitely a romantic setting for couples. read more

I've seen a steady decline in Stalla over the last couple of years. I'm not sure if it's the management, the kitchen or the wait staff - or all of the above. It took over an hour just to get our salads. Our entrees came about 30-40 minutes later. The food was good, but the service was lacking. Stallas for dinner was ok. Server did not offer specials and I had to ask. Chose the lobster ravioli special with pink sauce. Server verified that the sauce was marina and Alfredo mixed. Sauce was ok, the 6 ravioli were drowning in the sauce though, so the lobster flavor was pretty much absent. The pizza for hubby had a very soft crust which he does not like. The pepperoni used on the pizza were so good! Basket of bread was good. Service was not up to par as most visits. read more

Every restaurant at the Beau is superb. Especially for Biloxi. They're an Italian restaurant with great pasta dishes. Try the mussels and ask that they put them over pasta! I wanted a steak when I went. I asked for creamed spinach instead of mashed potatoes, which were amazing!! I asked for the steak medium rare and it came out more medium but it didn't stop me from eating every single bite! We ordered several apps such as fried calamari, charcuterie, and others. All were really good. They bring bread as well which is great but save your calories for the rosemary one. It's sooo good with olive oil. read more

The food and service was exceptional! If there is any complaint it would be that a table for 2 is like dining with 4 other people. We were in the middle of 2 other tables and it lacked that intimacy for fine dining that is expected. Otherwise, can't say enough about the food and we will definitely return! read more

The house bread with balsamic vinegar was my favorite part. Yumm. Our server was great. Friendly, prompt and helpful. They are very accommodating when it comes to modifications and substitutions. I changed the Penne in Vodka sauce to tortelloni (fat tortellini) and swapped out the scallops for shrimp. I also asked them to hold the pancetta and shallots. The shrimp were big and plump. Most restaurants over cook shrimp but these were sweet and tender with a wonderful flavor. The pink sauce didn't have a bad flavor but wasn't good either. The pasta didn't have much flavor at all and tasted pre-made, not made from scratch....at least it was cooked al dente. My friend had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Hi liked it, not too runny with a good flavor but he wasn't blown away. I think if I went back I would either get the Fra Diavolo or the Ravioli if the Day....maybe I should have tried the Brick Oven Pizza but I had pizza that day for lunch. read more

Great Shrimp Scampi and the broiled sea scallops were to die for. One of the best restaurants on the coast!

First off they are open on Sundays even though Yelp has them listed as closed. Second the service is awesome, really great. Third the food was AMAZING. They give you complementary bread and the bread was also really really good. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and it was probably the best or 2nd best I have ever had. I hear the steaks are really great also. They have like a chef's table.. it's definitely worth sitting at and it's not additional cost to sit at it. read more

Disappointing experience. Had hoped for better given positive reviews. Soup cold, tomatoes rock hard in caprese salad, chicken in our sons' fettuccine was dry and burnt, my angel hair overcooked and cold. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Kept bringing our plates to the table without clearing soiled plates or wiping table down. Very bad. Our server barely showed up at the table after taking order. Had to ask for replacement utensils, water refill, bread basket, etc. Will not return. Go across the street to Mary Mahoney's French House. THAT is fine dining. Superb. read more

I really enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant. The waiters were very attentive. We ordered the eggplant mozzarella appetizer. It was really good, but it was very small and it was difficult to cut and share. I also ordered a Mixed Green Salad, it was pretty good. We got a bottle of the Louis M. One of my favorite date night spots. Prosecco, beautiful savory beef carpaccio topped with fresh Parmesan and arugula, light crispy fried calamari with my fav lemon aioli, DELICIOUS fresh blue crab cakes packed with crabmeat. You can't friggin beat it. I always get the beef tenderloin with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes because it's so good I can't even think about anything else. We stay at the Beau every year and we only eat at Stalla. The staff is wonderful. As a fat Italian I think I know food, you won't find many restaurants better than Stalla. The pasta dishes are great and their seafood dishes are to die for. Try something new every year, we are always a party of 4 and never a hint of complaint. My husband and I went to Stalla to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I had the linguine & clams with a Ceasar salad. He had the margherita pizza and a salad. My husband thought his meal was OK. I've had the linguine & clams at Stalla several times. The linguine is cooked perfectly, the light sauce is flavorful, and the clams are cooked nicely. I also like the fact that they add bits of ham to the pasta. Regarding the service, our server was pleasant and attentive. However, she did not provide a spoon for the pasta, nor a bowl for the empty clam shells. Other than that, I was happy with the service. I would give Stalla 4 stars if it the entree prices were a bit lower. read more

While staying at Beau Rivage recently we dined at Stalla inside the hotel casino. Typical of most all MGM restaurants, this place is very good. Well run, great servers and a great menu. Italian restaurants are so diverse with really something for all palette's. Stalla is no exception with fish, pasta, chicken and so much more. Great wine list too with a nice selection of American and Italian wines. We dined on a Sunday night and the place was completely full and performing like a well oil machine. No one missed a beat! Our selections were scallops served a top of fresh risotto and authentic Italian thin crust pizza. We enjoyed both immensely. Our server Madison couldn't have been better describing every entree that we asked her about perfectly. A bottle of Prosecco and gelato from their sister hotel restaurant Hagen Daz made our evening at Stalla the best. read more

Wanted a steak but the steakhouse next door was closed. I wandered into Stalla and sat at the bar. I was immediately greeted by the bar tender and promptly served my drink with a smile. I had basically narrowed down my options to an Italian dish, or the beef tenderloin. I asked the bartender what she would suggest and without hesitation recommended the tenderloin. She then informed me that Stalla gets their steaks from next door and I would not be disappointed. Well, let me tell you what. This was the best damn steak I've ever had. I got it cooked medium and it legitimately melted in my mouth. No chewing needed, just sucked on it like a gobstopper until it dissolved. The only problem was I could not sleep that night due to dreaming of the steak. Luckily I was staying at the resort and you can bet your bottom dollar I got that steak again for dinner the following night. Bartender remembered me and what I was drinking. Props. read more

Last night three of us ate at this establishment we started with splitting the calamari which was delicious Then moved onto the caprice salads again delicious one of us had the veal piccata very tender and also delicious my nephew had fettuccine Alfredo and I selected the egg plant Parmesan the service was great very attentive and prices were reasonable I would recommend this place and plan to take my wife there the next time we're in Biloxi. I was starving and didn't eat all day. I wasn't up for going out so I decided to eat here since we were staying in the hotel. Looked at reviews and the menu and decided to give it a try. I typically don't do hotel food but I gave it a try anyway. I ordered the bruschetta. It was soggy and could not be consumed. I also got a chicken Caesar salad. That was very small and the croutons were also soggy and lettuce was room temp. My friend got a Caesar salad and linguine which he said was ok but nothing great...also he's not the type to complain. What I think happened was the food was prepared much quicker than the wait time they told us. They should text when food is ready which would eliminate a customers food sitting there getting cold and soggy but they don't offer customers that perk. They told us 30-35 minutes but based off temperature of food it was probably ready a lot sooner. A simple text would have made a huge difference. Maybe in the future they can start a text system. Overall this proves that hotel restaurant food isn't for me. Sadly I won't return. read more
