The salon is very nice with modern decor and is very clean. I met Mandy, who is the manager; she was very nice and professional. Karla and Laura were working at the reception desk making everyone who entered feel welcome. Meysam is a true artist/stylist with an excellent eye for what works for his clients and what does not. I absolutely love Stainless. Noelle, the owner, is a class act with a splash of sass & fun! This location and her Noelle Styles in Carlsbad are beautiful and clean. I was comfortable continuing to get services during the pandemic when allowed and the salon followed all the proper protocols. I felt completely safe and well taken care of - as usual. I am hoping they will get back to all the fun perks that made it special, like the beverage bar, etc. Top notch experience and top notch stylists to fit every need and personality. Also got a pedicure from Vickie at Stainless - Another stellar experience. She is kind, experienced and precise. I enjoyed her soft touch and recommendations for nail length, etc. After this experience, I will not go back to the strip mall salons. Although my color turned out lovely, the rest of my day was sort of depressing after being talked down to by this manager. Hopefully they work on their managerial staff. Hayley is amazing with skin! I've always had trouble with keeping nice skin with eczema and rosacea, but recently I developed dark spots on my upper lip. She walked me through changing my skincare routine to promote healing from pre, post, and ongoing aftercare. I had immediate results after the visit and within 4 days, I saw drastic changes. CAPRI is a wonderful stylist and has a fantastic eye for color. I am in my mid 40's and needed a change. I heard about CAPRI through the grapevine and I thought, why not? I gave her full control with only one stipulation which was to keep my lenght. I just wanted a fresh new look with some color to cover up the gray (I told her that if she wated to throw a highlight or another "fun" color in, I'd be game) - she certainly workered her magic. Arlet was very nice to speak with however she didn't actually do what we spoke about. She cut my hair way too short and openly overruled what I wanted because she didn't like it.
