My stylist, Meysam, just moved to Stainless Salon to start the new year, and my first visit was this past Tuesday. Very good location with easy access and plentiful parking. The salon is very nice with modern decor and is very clean. I met Mandy, who is the manager; she was very nice and professional. Karla and Laura were working at the reception desk making everyone who entered feel welcome. Meysam is a true artist/stylist with an excellent eye for what works for his clients and what does not. I know, he has kindly and skillfully steered me a from some terrible ideas I have had! Just as importantly, he is genuinely happy and relaxed for the first time in years at work. Stainless Salon is what any of us are looking for; a very well-run business with excellent staff! If you are looking to make a salon change, give Stainless Salon a try. read more

My stylist, Susanne DeRoze, really knows her stuff! I'm currently recovering from hair loss and during this very long process, Susanne has helped me look my best with her talent, knowledge and shear honesty. I put my complete trust in her abilities. She recently gave me the highlights I wanted to the exact T because she listens to what I'm saying and l'm gonna be honest, the girl's got skills! The salon is modern, trendy and clean. Also very upbeat with the perfect music playing in the background. And I won't forget to mention, the cool BIG screen in the shampoo room. I absolutely love Stainless. Noelle, the owner, is a class act with a splash of sass & fun! This location and her Noelle Styles in Carlsbad are beautiful and clean. I was comfortable continuing to get services during the pandemic when allowed and the salon followed all the proper protocols. I felt completely safe and well taken care of - as usual. I am hoping they will get back to all the fun perks that made it special, like the beverage bar, etc. Top notch experience and top notch stylists to fit every need and personality. Also got a pedicure from Vickie at Stainless - Another stellar experience. She is kind, experienced and precise. I enjoyed her soft touch and recommendations for nail length, etc. After this experience, I will not go back to the strip mall salons. I never enjoyed the rough filing and slapping calf massage technique. And quite frankly, Vickie's classy experience was just a tad more $. A one stop shop for a fantastic spa & salon experience! read more

I've been coming to Stainless for 3 years now to see Hayley for all my skincare needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else as she she is the only one that has the critical understanding of what my skin needs. Dealing with combo skin oily/dry and persistent hormonal acne has always been a challenge for me to get under wraps. But Hayley designs a facial that will best suit what my skin requires in order to get that healthy, smooth and youthful glow!! Not only that she's always ahead of the curve with her product, equipment and treatments. I can ask her anytime what product she'd suggest and she'll know exactly what to recommend and have it ready for the next time I come in to visit. Going to see Hayley is not just about going to get a facial. With her craniosacral background it's a trance like experience that'll keep you looking forward to coming back to for guaranteed pampered and correctly treated beautiful skin. Also if you haven't had her Raindrop therapy treatment I also highly recommend that. Ask her about it. It's divine!! read more

Fabulous hair cut from Tony. Very relaxing surroundings. Clean and airy. Nice people and easy to get to, park etc.

I get color, highlights and cut from Bobby Lyn. She does a great job with color. The salon is clean and pleasantly busy and fun. I have high expectations for what I want and Stainless and Bobby fully agree with me. read more

I've been coming to Stainless on and off for years. The renovation they underwent a few years ago made the salon very modern and lovely. The products they use are excellent. I enjoy the huge TV by the shampoo bowls where they usually have a relaxing video with all the beauty under the sea. Never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. read more

I was in a pinch and needed my hair colored in a hurry before an event. The manager there Micah was very rude to me. He is the man at the desk dressed as a cowboy for some reason. Although my color turned out lovely, the rest of my day was sort of depressing after being talked down to by this manager. Hopefully they work on their managerial staff. I gave a star for the color though. read more

It is rare to find a good stylist who can do amazing colors and many styles of cuts. BOBBI LYNNE is the one who has pulled off some amazing cuts (short, mid length and long for me) for many years. The highlights are the best I have ever had. She is the best! read more

First time I visited this salon, even though I live so close to it. My hair experience was with Bobbi-Lynne Brown and she was great! My hair looks and feels beautiful, and I'm going out and I feel great! She did a wonderful job, listened to me, and I felt pampered. Bobbi-Lynne is experienced, knows her work, and has a wonderful personality. Great new addition to this wonderful salon! read more

Hayley is amazing with skin! I've always had trouble with keeping nice skin with eczema and rosacea, but recently I developed dark spots on my upper lip. She walked me through changing my skincare routine to promote healing from pre, post, and ongoing aftercare. I had immediate results after the visit and within 4 days, I saw drastic changes. With only one visit, I was able to clean up most of the pigmentation completely and it's been less than two months. I will definitely be going back! read more

CAPRI is a wonderful stylist and has a fantastic eye for color. I am in my mid 40's and needed a change. I heard about CAPRI through the grapevine and I thought, why not? I gave her full control with only one stipulation which was to keep my lenght. I just wanted a fresh new look with some color to cover up the gray (I told her that if she wated to throw a highlight or another "fun" color in, I'd be game) - she certainly workered her magic. She gave me a haircut that dropped my looked by years or maybe it was the color that did it; either way, I was told by many that I was looking really good and younger lately. I know it was the hair because that was the only thing I had recently changed. Thanks Capri read more

I've been seeing Khepri for about 10 years now (we both can't believe it's been that long, we must be getting old!) and it just doesn't get any better than her. I've had long hair for too long and when I decided I wanted a new do, she was so excited to help give my hair a much needed makeover. She gave me an amazing cut and even did a gorgeous ombré for the color. I came in feeling less than stellar and left feeling like a star! Thanks Khepri! read more

Overpriced for the services they provide. There are comparable options nearby that are cheaper. The only thing that sets Stainless apart from other places is it's nice decor. But what stays with you more? The pretty wall-hangings or the hole in your wallet? read more

Everyone is so friendly and yet professional. I enjoy being there actually. Richard is a treasure !! His cuts are excellent!

The staff and the stylist were friendly and proficient. However, they need to be more up front about their pricing. The website says $55+ for a men's haircut. I was charged $100 for a relatively simple haircut that took ~35 minutes. I didn't know the price until the end of the appointment. When I emailed the management about it, I got the expected response: "Well, they rent booths and don't really work for us..." read more

My hands were a real mess from a recent move. Ok. I'll admit it. It'd been months since my last manicure. I went to Stainless Salon on a friends recommendation and was attended to by Vickie England. What a pleasant, relaxing time. Vickie made it so enjoyable and never mentioned what bad shape my nails were in. She was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversation. She is a true professional, kind and even reasonably priced!! If your nails need attention, I would definitely suggest you go see Vickie. You won't be disappointed!! read more

Arlet was very nice to speak with however she didn't actually do what we spoke about. She cut my hair way too short and openly overruled what I wanted because she didn't like it. It's a good cut, however it does not fit my lifestyle and I cannot pull it back and it gets in my face constantly. read more

Natalie!!! She's beyond amazing. Not only did she help me ditch that mom bun I've been rocking for longer than I'd care to say... she not only nailed the color but my cut is beyond amazing. She took her time in lifting my color but I love that she did that my hair isn't fried and is so soft without any deep conditioning. Did I mention the grace period she gave me if I wasn't happy at all to come back! Thank you Natalie for taking the time with me and making sure I'm happy. read more

I discovered Stainless Salon a few weeks ago and went in to ask a few hair product questions. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and suggested the Kerastase hair line. My hair is now stronger, thicker, and shinier. I went back into Stainless Salon today to buy more Kerastase and the beauticians were so nice I just had to write this review. They even took the time to teach me a couple of hair styling tricks to smooth the fly aways on the top of my head! read more
