I can't fault them because they can't find or retain help as most all service industries are dealing with the same. Retailers, restaurants, farmers market vendors, lifeguards, grocery stores - it's happening everywhere. Prices were better than any other station at $4.39 for regular which is $4.49 in Troutdale and still over $5 in Portland. They also have a food mart but I've never had a reason to go in there.
