Even though they gave an 8 hour window, I asked to be called one hour prior to arrival and they called which gave me time to be available. The one issue I had (the bar was warped and there wasn't a flat surface so unable to be used) was taken off my bill without fight. I added and removed items until a few days prior to the wedding and the updated Invoices were sent to me right away. Refund after the event was extremely quick. I thought the rental fees were very reasonable. I would rent from AM Party rentals again if the need arises and recommend to anyone needing rental. Natalie is amazing!

Jay was flexible for my setup as I misread the delivery time, but we were able to sort it out and have the set up done a day early. I probably could have set it up myself, but I didn't want to have one extra thing to do for party setup. Jay let me know a time frame and then called me about an hour before his arrival. Jay was super great and friendly to work with and walked me through the usage of the system. The system was MORE than capable for what we needed, but was so great to have the option to increase the volume, or to only use one speaker as the day went on. Side note, Jay's favorite music is 80's freestyle, so have that ready when he tests the system! Jay came the next day around noon to disassemble the equipment and haul it out. I would definitely recommend Jay and Sound and Video Rentals as well as use them in the future.

Even with the wind howling that day. I would recommend Jay and this company every time! Amber Willett, Simple Elegance Catering

I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

I was planning my 30th birthday and I was looking around for different services and I came across Mobofoto. I contacted the company and expressed what I was looking for and Founder-Joseph Sterling contacted me right away. He even met with me and we went over everything, provided suggestions and took the time to go over all the services that they offer and he even looked into other services that I wanted. Months leading up to the party he was in contact with me via email. Any questions I had, he responded right away. I hired them for a DJ/MC, photobooth, Door Greeter, Bartender, table and chair linens, slidehow protector, and a fog machine for my entrance. My birthday event was around 200 people and they did a wonderful job setting up and preparing. The day of the party, they arrived on time and began setting up. They were all friendly and great to not only work with, but enjoyable to party with as well. I would definitely hire Mobofoto again and I have been recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you Joseph and Jacob, I look forward to working with you again in the future. -Christie

We hired Mobofoto Booths for a launch event…read more The good: -Their attendant was really nice and tried to be useful and get our brand out. Thumbs up. The bad: -We asked them to put our logo on the pictures for an additional $150 -- they didn't. -They delivered the photos over a week later, which in event time is an eternity. You use these for marketing materials and at that point it's almost useless. -They didn't deliver the photos in any sort of form that made sense to upload or share. The photo strips were doubled up (what?), so no one would share those. The other photos had no branding so the people could have been anywhere which defeats the purpose of a photo booth with branding. -We asked for a partial refund for their slowness and they refused citing that they were "prompt" in their responses. We called them two days after the event for our photos, which they ignored. We emailed them several times. One time they responded and said, "we'll get them to you soon" which was 3-days later. They were so slow and their format was so weird, that it was 100% not worth our money. I would never use them again.
