This came with green beans with bacon and grilled potatoes. I've never actually had a grilled pork shoulder. Being so used to the more fire version with the crispy skin, I really did appreciate the flavors that go into grilling it. The meat was still juicy with a bit of salt; it all paired well with the salt from the bacon and potatoes. Overall great meal with good service and easily able to wash it all down with some German beer.
