I received an outstanding bouquet in a vase from some friends for my Birthday. Unfortunately, the middle portion of the arrangement wilted in 1.5 days, leaving the whole thing looking sad. I can well imagine what was spent on this bouquet and I would expect it to last longer. I topped up the water in that time, so I don't know why the flowers died. They were delivered into our hands and did not spend any time on our porch. I've had grocery store flowers last longer. In addition, I contacted Stadium Flowers via FB Messenger and my message shows as being viewed. However, it has been several days and I have yet to receive any type of reply. My husband told me he was going there for Valentine's Day, but I think in view of this, I will advise him against it. read more

I met Chelsea at the Seattle Wedding Show, and set up a consultation to discuss wedding flowers with her the following week. I had been frustrated speaking with multiple other florists who used ambiguous words like "medium" to describe their arrangements, and were unwilling to give me specifics on what exactly I was going to end up with. With Chelsea it was the exact opposite. I met her at the warehouse in Everett, where she conducted a thorough needs analysis to truly understand what I was looking for. Then she hopped down to the warehouse and brought actual flowers up to the meeting room for my opinion. She paired them together, and helped me narrow down exactly what i was looking for. Then she showed me samples of the bouquet sizes -- giving me actual measurements, and having me hold a sample bouquet to get the feel for the sizing, etc. Chelsea created the most beautiful bouquets i have ever seen. They were lush and fragrant, with top quality blooms and almost no filler. Chelsea also provided blossoms for the cake, and for my hair at no additional charge. Chelsea delivered on her promises and more, exceeding my expectations by a mile. She overcame a problem during setup -- found a solution that worked beautiful without causing any panic to the bridal party. The flowers provided to us by Flora D'Amore were absolutely stunning and surprisingly affordable for what we got. Throughout the process they were responsive, flexible and accommodating. We got to preview our flowers the day before the wedding and they were able to make a last minute change that we were very happy about. Chelsea was great to work with and really knew her stuff. We came in with no vision for what we wanted (we weren't even sure we wanted flowers) and she created arrangements and bouquets with almost no guidance from us. Her intuition for our tastes and our needs were exceptional. Note - make sure to get directions from them for their showroom, GPS can be a little rocky for their location. read more

Terrible customer service, flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. No one called me to let me know, no email sent. I messaged the company on Sunday evening after I had to ask my mom if she received anything, by Monday afternoon no one had contacted me about this so I called them. I was told the flowers could be redelivered. The person on the phone didn't seem to care much about what happened and I lost it, started crying and had to hang up. Two days later, no replacement flowers. This is the second incident with them and I just dont' want to deal with it anymore. I've contacted them again, not holding my breath for any resolution to this. The delivery driver should look for apartment numbers on or next to doors, that's very typical of where numbers would be. Claimed there were no numbers on the building. You're right, because they are next to the doors! More training for delivery people is required here if you want your orders to get to where they should be. Editing to include something I read recently about customer service that I hope the store employees and managers can take something from this. There are a lot of choices for florists out there and unfortunately you have to go above and beyond to help your customers or they go elsewhere. I get it, I'm in a service industry too and I treat my customers very well. The phone rings.... It's a customer. She's complaining.... again. Ugh! It's an inevitable part of a customer service role, managing unhappy customers. And in a service industry where expectations vary from customer to customer, how do you listen, communicate and turn around the call, in a positive way? According to Jeanne Bliss, author, consultant, speaker, and thought leader in customer experience, the most important thing is to first listen, and when doing so, remove all negative preconceived notions and attitude. Bliss shares if we feel cynicism, (e.g. customers are wrong, they don't know what they're talking about) it permeates in how we listen and what we say back to a customer. Bliss says, "In a world where customers feel they're always right, there will be customers that tell a story or give information that doesn't feel right to the listener. But we need to honor the customer. We need to create a place where the attitude is to listen to the customer, repeat back to the customer what we heard, and then find a way to have a conversation that makes the customer feel whole, without making the customer feel misunderstood or not trusted or like someone is cynical of them on the other line. That's the most important thing." If you can do that, according to Bliss, you can proceed in a more favorable and productive way to find a happy solution. Next time you have a complaint call, take notice of your emotions, and then take a deep breath. Listen for understanding and have a positive mindset. read more

I have to say, Stadium Flowers customer service is impeccable. My bf always ordered flowers to be delivered while he's away for work. On Tues - 5/9 my bf ordered flowers for a surprise early birthday gift. They were colorful and beautiful. Just few days later I noticed 1 rose & other flowers had started wilting bad, it was pretty sad. I called Stadium Flowers to let them know what had happen, but more like ask them how to properly take care of them. Corey was kind enough to help me, as I was on the phone with her i inspected the arrangement & found another rose looking bad. I've ordered from them several times but never had a chance to work with them directly - until yesterday. I needed roses desperately and was told to be there shortly after noon when they arrived. I turned up around 1:25 with my own vase. Two women greeted me, and the one who answered the phone remembered my need. I picked the flowers (NOW GET THIS) and the designer said ... A casket spray had already been ordered by the funeral home and we wanted them to coordinate. Amazing! The flowers were so beautiful and Chelsea made everything so easy. We were behind on schedule and ended up booking with Flora D' Amore one month before my wedding date and everything was so easy to choose from. Chelsea also made sure to have a date where I could come see my flowers beforehand and make sure everything was okay. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the person who delivered my flowers ending up messing up my cake. I checked to make sure my contract was correct and that the flowers were supposed to go in between the tiers, but the florist actually punctured my cake with the flowers and made it so there were holes all over my cake. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure everything is clear and to plan to have someone make sure everything is delivered correctly. I did not get a wedding planner and did everything myself, so I was not able to be there since I was finishing getting ready. read more

Totally bizarre experience. I was trying to order flowers for a friend in the hospital, and the florists would not send me a picture of the various arrangements in order for me to pick one. Both the outside and inside of the store are attractive and inviting. Prices are OK. You can do better at Trader Joes or COSTCO. My wife selected a plant and started to pay cash. The cashier tried to charge 50% extra. My wife pointed this out and the clerk said "taxes". My wife pointed out that taxes are not 50%. The clerk said it was for the cover on the plant and that was not in the listed price. My wife protested that she should be charged the listed price. Note, you cannot see the cash register amount the clerk is ringing up from the customer side of the counter. Finally, the clerk charged the listed price. We left feeling like she had tried to cheat us and will not be back. I will give two stars instead of one since the owner may be unaware but the cash registers should display the charged amount for customers to see. read more

I brought my 94 year old grandma in today. She really wanted to take flowers up to the cemetery for my grandfather and aunt. We picked out some single flowers. Sandy came up to help us and was so gracious in making sure that my grandma's flowers were perfect. It was a $9 total transaction and she treated my grandma like she was spending $9,000. On top of being so nice, Sandy made the flowers beautiful. Finally, to top the whole thing off, she gave grandma a box of chocolates leftover from Valentines. I recently had a consultation with Chelsea who handles the weddings for Stadium. I expected her to have suggestions as a professional florist, but she literally told me, "I can't help you if you don't know what you want." As a customer who has a wedding to plan, I thought it was extremely unprofessional for her to not give any suggestions and opinions on how to design and coordinate the floral arrangements. The first thing she asked me was, "what's your budget?" Seriously? Shouldn't the first question be, "what's your vision? Or how can I assist you?" I thought it was funny how after our consultation, she had a quote of $3,304.39, and when I told her that was a little too much, she dabbled around on her keyboard, and changed some numbers around. My thing is, if you're going to make some random price for arrangements, why not give the customer the lowest price you can in the beginning? The day after, I received another quote from another florist, and she actually offered 30% more fuller arrangements and rentals, and the price was $1300 less. Same type of flowers, same size bride's bouquet, Chelsea was going to charge me $250. The other place I went to $150. I definitely do NOT recommend going to stadium flowers or Chelsea unless you want to spend more money than you should. read more
