Disappointed with service at Stadium flowers. Went there yesterday to purchase some flowers for a friend whose father is in the hospital and not expected to live. I wanted something special and was told to look around. I was directed to the made up bouquets in a cooler. I selected one, asked for additional flowers and was once again pointed to the cooler. wow, really? Then point to vases for the flowers. The bouquet was put into a glass vase, then into a cardboard holder with orange paper, mid you the bouquet was pink and purple. No ribbons, nothing else. Guess there too busy - though I was the only person in the store. Needless to say I will not return. Get more help at Fred Meyers, Albertsons or QFC. read more

After I had my baby, I received the most beautiful floral arrangement ordered from this florist. I wish I had taken a picture because I can't express enough how beautiful it was. I don't usually like pastel colors, but this arrangement was very classy with light blues and pinks and whites, hydrangeas, roses, tulips, peonies....so gorgeous. I'd like to order from them next time I need an arrangement. read more

While planning my wedding, I stopped by Stadium Flowers on a whim one weekday, because I drive by it literally every day here in Everett. When I told the staff I was looking for wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, they referred me to Chelsea. And what I mean by referred is that they picked up the phone and called her - we were able to speak directly RIGHT THEN. We set up an appointment so that I could meet her in person. She was busy, but managed to squeeze me in for a morning appointment that weekend. I truly was still shopping around, but when I met with her, she listed as I explained what I wanted (in vague details, because I'm only sort of a flower person), as well as my budget (which was quite small). She took the time to detail out not only my proposed bridal bouquet, but also the bridesmaids' bouquets, the corsages and the boutonnieres. She pulled sample flowers out of the back, and even changed out pricier flowers for more budget conscious options. She understood that my budget didn't stretch to cover centerpieces from Stadium. While this was no fault of theirs, my budget was just too small to do all my flowers through Stadium. My bridal bouquet would have used half my available funds. So, that's the reason for the four star review, I just wish I could have afforded some of their higher prices. I ended up opting to use their services for only my corsages and my boutonnieres. I ordered three corsages and five boutonnieres, and after putting down a small deposit, was able to make 2 more payments to cover my order. I really appreciated that option! Both the corsages and the boutonnieres looked great and they used exactly the promised flowers. She even emailed me preview pictures the day before! Details are long and not very interesting, but it's important to me to thank the owners. Customer care starts from the top and this business is absolutely outstanding!! No one would ever accuse my son of being a planner, so we always rely on Stadium Flowers to have corsages on hand the day of Homecoming. They've saved us a few times. When I called Safeway to try and kill 2 birds, the person who answered the phone said they didn't know anything about corsages and was the only one working that day. I stopped in to Stadium Flowers, praying that they could help me with my wedding flowers. I was informed that they use a woman named Chelsea for their wedding flowers and that she was on vacation. They sent her an email with my information and she called the store IMMEDIATELY WHILE I WAS STILL THERE! I made my appointment to meet with Chelsea and right away, I was beyond impressed. Chelsea listened to my likes and requests, and understood my budget. I was skeptical at first when she explained the flowers she was going to use, but I trusted her. They also were at the ready for last minute requests. Once a week for 25 years, my grandmother got off her assembly line job and bought fresh flowers from that tiny little floral store near the stadium to put on my grandfather's grave. These guys took good care of her. I've lived out of state for decades, but I remembered going into this flower store with my grandmother as a kid, so when my mom went into the hospital for minor surgery, I happily ordered flowers from them online. My mom was discharged early, so I called the florist ASAP, worried they would miss her. The woman who answered the phone said no problem, they'd deliver to her house. Although we live in Seattle and married at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle we didn't want to use anyone but Stadium for our flowers. Frank Arcuri was a dream to work with! He was personable, insanely creative, and flexible. Frank used multiple textures and colors, which made our floral arrangements personal and unique. I was able to see my centerpieces, bouquets, and corsages a few days before the wedding, which was such a special treat. All our guests, family and bridal party raved about our flowers! After being a long time customer I have to say I was very disappointed in both service and quality this time around. First tried calling to see if flowers could be purchased and delivered and was redirected to what seemed like factory order desk. Not the service I remembered when Frank or others worked floral desk. I was really ok with that knowing business these days has changed but when I asked to talk to someone about putting a custom order together that I could pick up they then transferred me back to actual store...who I thought I was talking to in the first place. When I tried to describe what I was looking/hoping for and specifically type of flower I was hoping they had I got a "yeah, I think we have those in an arrangement?" Not feeling totally confident in the response I decided to drive to store and talk directly to the salesperson. When I came in and mentioned we had spoken only a few minutes earlier I was shown what they had in the pre-made display case. Not even close to what we talked about. On top of th as t the quality was terrible, 30% wilted and asking $50 - $70+ for them. I then repeated what type of flower and she pointed at the wrong type showing me she had no knowledge of what I wanted. I showed, her because there were a few in another arrangement, and she said "Oh those, I don't think we have anymore." They are a very standard flower, Peruvian Lily, that almost every grocery store has. I was dumbfounded. In my frustration I just picked a loose bouquet with a few in them and a small clear glass vase and told her that's what I'll take. At that point she literally removed the plastic, put water in the vase and stuffed the flower into the vase. No trimming, arranging or even any concern on how they looked. Then cost me $34.00 on something I could have purchased for around $20.00 at a grocery store floral dept. I left store rather dissatisfied but kept mouth shut. Hoping this was just an anomaly but after talking to others I know it might be a trend. Will try again another time to be sure...hopefully they will have it a little more together next time. read more

My family and I recently ordered the flowers for my Mother's Memorial Service from Stadium Flowers. Our experience from start to finish was very pleasant. The staff was compassionate about our loss, professional, and were very helpful during our visit. We were impressed by a specific floral arrangement we saw there, and requested something similar for two matching arrangements in addition to a large easel arrangement. Their arrangements were unique and prices were reasonable also. I have to say, they knocked it out of the park with all three arrangements ordered. They were all SPECTACULAR! I went in last week and bought a live basket to have delivered to my wife's office at her new job for Valentine's Day by 12 noon. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. Her office is no more than 5 miles from Stadium Flowers in Everett. When I hadn't heard anything from my wife by 2 o'clock I called Stadium Flowers to follow up. I was told that it hadn't been delivered. It wasn't even put on the delivery van. No reason was given. I was told that she'd have to check with the delivery coordinater. I spent an extra $21 dollars to get it delivered. My wife is in a new job, and I wanted Valentine's Day to be special for her. She was upset because she thought I didn't care enough to send her something at work. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with Stadium Flowers, but you can be sure it will be my last. We ordered something special for a friend in CA and paid extra to have it delivered on 12/21/16. On 12/22 I contacted my friend to see if she received something from us and she said no. We called and emailed customer service and they said that is was delivered. We said no it wasn't. Then they called the florist in CA and they said there were issue delivering it on 12/21 but no details what the issues were. They said it would be delivered n 12/24. it was never delivered. My husband called and cancelled the order. We will never use Stadium Flowers again. read more

I cannot tell you enough great things about Flora D'Amore with Stadium Flowers. I used this company for my wedding floral arrangements and Chelsea was absolutely amazing to work with. I met Chelsea at a wedding expo that I went to (and trust me, I went to every wedding expo there was!). When thinking back to all of the florists I had met, this one stood out to me. I made an appointment to discuss options with Chelsea and was more than impressed. (caution: finding the place is a little weird!) Chelsea walked me through ideas, showed me some samples and helped me get a grasp of the vision that I had in mind. If you come in with some photos for floral inspiration, she will certainly help you put it together! It was a little bit more than I wanted to spend on flowers, but it turned out to be worth every penny! (I spent the extra money because I knew Chelsea would be a great person to work with!).
