Great breakfast eats not to far from the border! Really enjoyed my pancakes. Portions are extremely large. Great meal!

Burger Factory

This burger fast-food restaurant just opened on 2023-05-26. They have hamburgers, chicken…read moresandwiches, and chicken tenders. We had to wait a long time because there is only one cook and she also takes orders, while the other staff is in training. After we ordered, many other customers came in so she had to take their ordrrs furst before cooking. We ordered at 13:26 and received our order at 13:52. I received my milkshake very late at 14:07. At 14:00, 2 sets of customers were complaining that it was taking over 20 mins for their order, so they want a refund. One customer got their fries but not their burgers. It took them 10 mins to get a refund because she had to call the owner. They told new customers they are no longer taking new orders. Other locations only take 10-15 mins for an order. We ordered the following: 1. Grilled Chicken Fillet ($9.99). 2. Cheeseburger ($9.99). 3. Oreo Milkshake ($6.99). You can choose from a large set of toppings. The chicken fillet was a large size, well worth the price. The chicken was juicy. The burger size was as expected. The outside of the burger was black. I found out it is a smash burger and supposed to be blackened on the outside. It tasted good. The milkshake was good, but I wish it had arrived with the meal rather than 15 mins later. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom, which is also wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. There is one high chair for little children. Review 2023-347

Stop by this place spontaneously on vacation. We walked the entire area when finally deciding on…read moreBurger factory. No one inside during peak lunch hours was mildly concerning. I got the Lucy in Sky, and my wife got the Cheesesteak. Price was reasonable. The price to portion was fair. Burger and Cheesesteak were equally good. The price was fitting that that if you were going to any sitdown place with servers cost would have been 30% more plus tip. If you're looking for a good burger or chicken sandwich, try this place!

What an incredible experience! Hambrgr did not disappoint. This was one of, if not THE crispiest…read morecrunchiest chicken sandwiches I have ever eaten. The service was exceptional. The entire experience had me wishing we had a location in York Region. Burgers were amazing! Fries and poutine were the chefs kiss to the meal. I wish I had taken a pic of my hubby's burger because it was a tower of burger heaven! Pictured here are my kids burgers. If you're looking for the ultimate burger, chicken sandwich & more - you gotta eat here! ;) They have 2 additional locations in Hamilton Their menu is incredible with so many choices and options, including the BYOB - build your own burger. Giving you the ultimate burger experience. Only regret was not saving any room for dessert. This will def be our detour again on our next trip trip to The Falls. Or my next burger craving!

Such a tasty burger spot!! My favorite is the Blues Your Daddy burger (I think it might have a new…read morename now) it has blue cheese, which I love, and the strong flavour pairs perfectly with the big, beefy patty. The burgers were super filling and juicy, and the fries were huge we couldn't even finish them. The staff were really kind and gave us lots of great recommendations. The inside is a bit dark, but there's plenty of seating, including spots around the bar. Definitely worth checking out if you're a burger fan, and I'm already eyeing their milkshakes for next time.

The setting for The Grist is incredibly adorable. It gives industrial chic in the best kind of way,…read moreso walking in is comforting and cozy but still sophisticated. The food was more of a 3.5, but I think it was truthfully just what I ordered. For me, the roll was just too greasy to begin and then when they add the Italian dressing it ended up being difficult for me to eat. That being said, it's a given that it would be a heavier dish, but I didn't expect it to be quite so heavy. I stole some fries from my dining partner, and they were yummy. And if you couldn't tell, the pretzel was great (I took a bite before I took a picture. Whoops.) I do believe if I ordered something different (and the menu is quite extensive) I would likely have a better experience with the food, so I'd definitely come back. There were a few times it was difficult to get the attention of our waitress, but it was very busy on the day we were there. All in all not a bad experience, but not a stand out either.

My wife and I have been to a LOT of breweries, so it honestly takes something special to wow us…read morenow... and Grist absolutely did. We both grabbed flights, and while everything was solid, there were four beers that totally stood out: * Horchata Wit - creamy, spiced, super smooth * London Fog - light, unique, full of flavour * Cantarito Sour Ale - bright, citrusy, refreshing * Smoke'd Scottish Ale - the most unique beer we've tried in a long time It's rare for a brewery to hit this many home runs in one visit. For our appetizer, we got the Baked Brie-zza, and wow... dangerous. The dough (pretty sure it's house-made) is incredible, and the Brie adds so much creaminess while the fig compote and hot honey round it all out. Just so flavourful and sooo tasty. For mains: * I ordered the Baked Chicken Parm Ziti -- nice and cheesy, chicken cooked well. Noodles were slightly overcooked but I still enjoyed it. * My wife had the Smoked Tuna Tacos, loved them, and powered through the serious spice level Our friends enjoyed their meals and drinks too. And we're 100% coming back. The menu was super appealing and the pizza looked unbelievable -- easily something we need to try next time along with a few other dishes we had our eyes on. Overall? A fantastic experience. Great food, great beer, and easily some of the most memorable flavours we've had in a long time. Interior is decorated nice too, really cool and clean vibes!
