I got an email stating that this store is now open in Belmar. I stopped by this afternoon to pick up a sub. I ordered the namesake Stack sub. The ladies who helped me were friendly. It was nice that they don't have the giant toaster in the middle like they have at their other location (this one is much smaller and lower). My sandwich was good, as was my oreo shake. I tried the sweet tea (from the machine), but I didn't like it as much. They have a display cooler with drinks, as well as a soda fountain area. I think they should switch the cooler and the soda fountain. As it is, you get your stuff, then you have to go back to where the line starts to get soda/tea. It might be better to have the cooler there, so there's less foot traffic going back and forth. I realize it might not be possible with the way the store is set up, but just a suggestion. I'm glad they opened a second location. read more

I truly enjoy going here. Their subs are great and the staff is always friendly. I really like the variety they offer on, not only toppings, but the type of bread as well. My favorite is the Italian sub on the pretzel roll, but I also like to branch out and try their other subs. I will continue to come here as long as they're open! read more

I love this place. I've been here dozens of times and they always make everything absolutely perfect. I inly like a lighter toast to my subs and they nail it everytime! What's better? The service friggin' ROCKS! They always treat you like a person and not a customer. Half of the time the conversations are so fun that you'll forget you ordered food! I've been to other sub joints around the area, which, too, are quality, but just the tiny bit of extra attention goes a very long way. I'll be back for sure! I've given this place a few chances and I've walked away a bit disappointed every time. A bit skimpy on the meat and toppings for my taste. Overall it kind of reminds me of Quiznos, so it's not a real sub shop in my opinion. Then again if you like Quiznos or subway, you'll probably love this place. read more

We were at world of beer in the same area. They dont serve food but provide menus for restaurants around the area willing to deliver for free! We chose subs for cheap and easy. 22 bucks got us two 6 inch subs (plus add ons), chips, and a cup of soup and included the 20 percent tip! Our food was FAST and delicious! I live in the area and have been hoping for better dining options in the neighborhood. The food is okay, nothing too complicated about sandwiches. What bothers me and won't have me returning is the horribly rude staff. I have visited 3 times and each time am greeted with individuals who seem like they are angry, annoyed and would rather be anywhere but work. Not a pleasant atmosphere in my opinion. read more

I've eaten at Stack Subs many times and figured it was time I wrote a review. If you are a fan of toasted sandwiches, you can't pass this place up. They use a conveyor toaster oven which is by far the best way to make a perfectly toasted sub. The toasting is similar to Quiznos, but that's where the similarities end. In the first bite you can tell it's a unique sandwich. The meat tastes fresh, the toppings match the quality of the meat, and the bread is wonderful. They have a unique pretzel roll which is delicious but my favorite bread is their wheat. The turkey bacon special is my favorite sandwich they offer. The pesto and spicy cream cheese creates a flavor that I haven't experienced from any other sandwich shop and I've been to more than a few. The signature Stack sandwich and Italian are also great. The staff are consistently friendly. If you need a quick bite around belmar I would recommend checking this place out! read more

I'm a pretty regular customer of Stacks and enjoy the turkey bacon special! It's convenient and fast! With that being said, it doesn't matter how many ways I ask for them to hold the lettuce, I still have to scrape lettuce or my sandwich 4/5 times I go there... Which is pretty annoying. So recommended but if you aren't a lettuce lover be sure to have them listen to you closely and talk very slow. read more

It was ok, but to their credit the oven was broken, and the white bread is only cooked to 90% completion so it can cook the rest of the way in the oven. I had an Italian, and it was average, but I'm looking forward to trying it again when everything is working. read more

I've been to Stack twice now after Rick put into place new guidelines for handling gluten-free sandwiches. My food was kept separate from the regular bread, and the staff changed their gloves. They are now doing all they can to make it a good eating experience for those of us who can't eat gluten. It's becoming an after-church staple for me! Visited the other day and the women who helped me was very friendly with a big smile which is always nice compared to the person who looks like behind the counter is last place they want to be at. I ordered the club and everything about it was awesome from the bread to the meat and all the toppings in-between. Definitely one of the best I've had. This place just needs that extra little something that will set them apart from every other sandwich shop. Not to sure what that would be but I'll definitely be back next time I'm on that side of town read more

I've eaten here a couple of times now, the service is always incredibly slow and the employees seem less than interested in assisting customers. We had to repeat ourselves numerous times to one employee which made the whole process slow way down and the line started to back up. The food is tasty - there's no doubt about that. But it can be a bit pricey for a larger group. I'm sure I'll be back but it's not always going to be my first choice. read more

SO GOOD! We recently moved to Denver and so far this is our favorite sandwich shop. The meat is quality meat and they give you a generous amount on your sandwich. I get the turkey on a pretzel roll and it's so good! They also have BBQ Baked Lays and sweet tea, two things that just make it even better. The staff is always happy and friendly. I upgraded my rating because the owner, Rick, responded to my complaint in a very honorable way. Yes, my experience there was a let down, but I'm now sure that the business really does care about satisfying their customers. My initial review was: Planning to have special lunch with my spouse, who's been working alone in an office, I placed an on-line order at about 10:17 for two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a cookie. The pick-up time was given as 11:15 to 11:25. I arrived at 11:25. The 4 customers already there (2 ordering and 2 paying) and the cashier weren't wearing masks (not for everybody, I guess). After 2 customers finished paying, I asked for my on-line order, and was told that it hadn't been started yet (!) and that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. While I waited in my car, a car parked behind me and a passenger went into the store and came right out with a bag of take-out. I got a text at 11:38 that my order was ready. So, 4 walk-ins and a take-out got served ahead of me. I've been a customer since Stack opened on Union Blvd. This was very disappointing. Food was good, but customer service really lacking. I pre-paid a $2.75 tip, which I would like back, because the shop employees didn't earn it. Dear owners: I request a refund for this amount. Thank you. read more
