Prior to starting the work, I had numerous questions and interactions with the office manager. The office manager was very efficient in answering all my questions and always returned my calls in a timely manner. The work went very smoothly with the first phase being the teardown, second phase was the sheeting and repair of the damaged wood and rafters, and the third phase was the actual installation of the new shingles and ridge cap. All crews that came out were very professional, thorough, polite, and hard working. The foreman on the job took responsibility of making sure that everything was being done correctly and at the same time listened to all my concerns. My concerns were being careful that my freshly painted handrails that wrapped around the garage were not scraped or damaged, I wanted my air conditioner condensers covered so no debris would fall into them and I also wanted my wife's plants protected from roof debris during teardown. The foreman assured me that all my concerns would be addressed, and everything would be undamaged and left the way they found it. In the end, the roofing job came out very nice and I was extremely happy with their work. They came through by sticking to their schedule and completing the job exactly the way they explained it.
