I called him 2 days later and he said he had lost his phone over the weekend and didn't have my info. So I thought I'd give him another try. 3. On our next meeting, he texted me he couldn't make it but he'd sent one of his guys. I had to call him 4 times to receive a bid, and I didn't receive it until about 5 days AFTER his guy came to my home. 4. We agreed on a price and install date and Arthur texted me at 3 am in the morning saying he couldn't make it but he would send his guys out. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! I called and texted to see what happened and he never picked up or answered his calls. I took time off work and wasted my personal time. His service is awful and I have told and will continue to tell my friends and coworkers to NOT use this guy.

The problem was that when I started making calls for electricians, I quickly realized that I would most likely need to change the Electrical Panel; something that was not mentioned to us by the dealer selling the Jacuzzi. SHORT SUMMARY DURING HIRING SELECTION 1. I contacted 6 different companies (including AV Electric) 2. Over the Phone - AV Electric right out-of-the-gate, sounded friendly and professional over the phone 3. Over the Phone - The other companies - some sounded like I was contacting DMV 4. I contacted one big company (will not name them), that service the AV and parts of LA (SFV, Santa Clarita, etc). They wanted to tear up most of my cement, and were not willing to use my retaining wall at all to save me some money, 5. Another company, actually made me regret purchasing the Jacuzzi. They went as far to recommend I return it, and get my money back 6. Another company, made me feel stupid for not being more knowledgeable about the voltage a typical panel puts out, and what a Jacuzzi size that I purchase requires. When AV Electric did the walk through, they actually provided better solutions to save me money; and that included not having to tear up most of the cement. I mostly dealt with Arthur Garcia - we was very friendly, efficient, and a hard worker - all of his team was. We all agreed they would come on a Sunday at 7am - they did - sharp. That Sunday was extremely hot - well in the 90s. They worked all day, and finished up 95% of the work by 7pm. They came back Monday afternoon, did some touch up on the wall of the house and cemented the portion they had to break. Throughout the entire process, Arthur Garcia kept me informed, by either calling me or sending me a text. It's been a month since they did the job, and all is well. Unfortunately, when they came and opened my brand new box, there was a significant crack in the wood that couldn't be fixed or ignored so they canceled the appt. at no cost to me and told me to give them a txt or call when I returned this item and purchased a new one. I really appreciated this and was excited to hire them again. About a month later, I finally got a new TV center - this time I checked it out for any issues and it was fine. I txted the owner on a Friday, the day I got the new package. He said he'd see about availability for the weekend. I knew this was short notice, so I wouldn't have been bothered if I needed to wait for the following weekend. But he never followed up with me that day. Not a huge deal so I just txted him on Saturday and asked if he had any updates. He completely ignored me. On Sunday, I sent a txt saying I hadn't heard from him.... He finally responded and said he'd see if someone was available. Hours later.... radio silence. I then sent ANOTHER txt that day and he just completely ignored me. Like are you kidding dude???? I could've reached out to another company that weekend if you didn't have availability or didn't want to work with me. Just like you... my time is money. I sat around that weekend waiting for you to tell me if/when your team was coming and clearly that was a waste of my time & energy. Thankful for the great quote, the team's overall professionalism and the assistance I got initially, but leading customers on and then ghosting them is seriously just rude... I'm sure there's a ton of people who have had better experiences. I'm assuming mine is a fluke - bad timing or they're just mad about the first time they sent a team and didn't get to do any work. I am unable to recommend Naser and his team. He overpromises and underdelivers. He repeatedly…read moremissed his own deadlines. When he was on site, it was for shorter periods than promised with work often being performed in the dark. He rushed to the next job sometimes without checking in and several times left the work in an unsafe state. Several times, the electrical panel was not connected and we were unable to close the door for days including during rain and he refused to return. He forgot about the surge protector until I reminded him. This was a panel upgrade on new siding. His assistant did a very sloppy job using the color-matched OSI Quad Max. There were gaps in the caulking to ensure a waterproof seal of the panel box. I pointed this out to him. Naser assured me he would re-do it. He filled the gaps, but the result is a sloppy job that detracts from the appearance of the home and its new siding and will have to be entirely redone. He stated several times that he had pulled the permit and scheduled the inspection, but he had not. I offered to pay the initial deposit by check. He said he would accept credit card the same, then overcharged an undisclosed 4% fee. He did not fix everything prior to inspection, as promised. He arrived before inspection, did some work, and then left again. He said the inspection would be in the morning. It was in the afternoon. Instead of returning to complete the work, he waited in his van down the block. He failed his first inspection. When he did install the surge protector, the location would not allow the electrical panel door to close. He left it this way with rain coming and refused to return. He was aggressive in stating he wanted to pass the inspection AND THEN change the surge protector location. At this point, I did not trust him and wanted the job completed prior to inspection so the City Inspector would ensure the safety of the final installation. He wound up drilling an imperfect second hole in the panel in order to install the surge protector and then did a messy job sealing the former hole and around the surge protector hole. He left the work area a mess. Although his price was competitive with other electricians, he insisted he was giving me a deal and that the job would normally cost $2,000 more than he was charging. He is disorganized. He seems to be overstretched and saying what he needs to say in order to try to please one customer while rushing off to another. Because quality workmanship, trustworthiness, and completing a job on time in full are essential for an electrician, I CANNOT recommend Naser and encourage my neighbors to find a different electrician. It is also important to note Naser operates as USA Electricians Service and as USA Pro Service.

We forwarded this request to Nasar who told us that we would need to upgrade the panel and he would take care of it within a week. He quoted $1,500 for this. Week after week, we were told 'next week'. Upset by the delay tactics, I went to the city myself and discovered the notice NEVER asked for any sort of panel upgrade and that this company was inflating the project as opposed to dealing with the actual request. The city provided me with the one page form to fill out to simply clear the request. When we spoke to Nasar, who had still not gone to the property, he begrudgingly came to the property first claiming that he was unable to work due to the rain. (Note: the panel was in the garage and under the patio cover in the back.) He then said he would charge $500 to fill out that one form, and that he would refund us the remaining amount we paid. It took him about 20 mins to fill out the form. The city came to the property and quickly cleared the notice request, and told us that $500 was WAY TOO MUCH for the request and we were RIPPED OFF. When we reached out to Nasar again, he went silent. When it was time to get our refund, he Ghosted Us. Luckily we paid by credit card, and then had to do a charge back to get the amount we were promised back ($1,000). We received that about 3-4 months after this incident. Please be careful if you pick this vendor. He is not trustworthy and inflates the job. Either he does not understand what the city wrote in writing or he just wanted to make more money. NEVER AGAIN.
