Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. We called and texted the installer to correct and offered to pay for the new zone board, but have been ghosted. No return call or text. Even the instruction manual speaks specifically to install a HZ432 zone board. Our installer installed an HZ322.

He also fixed the wires which were not done correctly by the previous company who installed the AC. All done SAME DAY! His price was the best around, very reasonable. I am very thankful we were able to find FMB Air Conditioning & Heating, I will definitely be calling them again if needed. Recommend with eyes closed.
