All of their techs are informative and polite and I'm happy we found them to service our AC and heating needs. I need to point out that they also go above and beyond. I called last night about what I thought was a leaking pipe leading to our AC and heating systems. I called after hours, I was going to schedule an emergency visit. The tech who called back was able to explain to me that the issue had nothing to do with our AC and heating, instructed us to turn off the valves to our irrigation system and that did the trick. They had nothing to gain from these instructions, they're taxed right now with multiple calls due to weather and they took the time to give us peace of mind when they didn't need to do that. I truly cherish having them as our provider. They partner with us, truly care and provide great value while doing it. I highly recommend them to be your provider for all of your AC and heating needs.

We have the twice yearly check and it's been great, our units work wonderfully and are really efficient. We even get priority when calling if there is ever an issue (like last year's ice build up) with our plan. The plans are a great value and helps with peace of mind before the seasonal changes. I got a call from Kevin who is the director (and sold my last unit to us) and luckily they have an opening for an install! Mat and Daryl were the installers along with Robert (supervisor over all the HVAC crews) came to assist with the install. I've met Robert years ago when he was a field technician and he is a super guy. Matt and Daryl worked great together a true professional crew! They were all about customer service and knew their trade. I felt lucky to have these three guys putting in our new system! Even though the pricing has gone up over the years, the technology in these systems have improved dramatically which result in cost savings.

I finally called (again) on May 8th to inquire about my April invoice and was I told there had been issues with sending the invoices and when I said I would wait to get one, I was told if it wasn't paid by the 17th of May, I would be charged a late fee!! I have no idea what is going on with this company, but I paid it on the 8th, to eliminate any late fee! How can you charge me a late fee when you can't bother sending me a bill? In addition to everything else, the person I spoke with was very difficult to understand and not real personable! I'll be so glad when my lease is up!! It's really sad because the technicians are super nice professional people! I received a call from the assistant manager today and informed that the billing was not done locally and I am pleased that the situation is being addressed! He was going to contact the billing company and advise them if my original complaint. So, at least I know someone cares enough to try and solve this problem!

I hired them last year to install wiring, breaker and a NEMA 14-50 plug for charging my new Tesla…read moreModel Y with the mobile charger. They came, did the work and all looked good. Six months later I started getting overheating errors at the plug and charging automatically drops voltage for protection. After a few times of this happening I decided to look at the plug to see if there were loose connections at the plug. The connections seemed to be not tight enough so I tightened them a bit more (I understand that they should be torqued so I didn't over tighten the connections). This seemed to have worked until it started to happen again seven months later. Decided to replace outlet with one recommended for EV charging and when I compared both plugs there was a huge difference in size. The one I ordered was industrial grade and was even marked for EV charging. Now they knew this job was for an EV charger and I don't understand why they installed a regular kitchen range NEMA 14-50, those cannot handle the duty cycle demanded by EVs. Perhaps they were not experienced enough on EV chargers. Needless to say, it now works fine and safely with the new plug.
