We had a fantastic experience working with Sta-Built on our backyard landscaping project. They corrected a previous company's poor installation which left us with water pooling in our backyard. They then installed beautiful pavers, created a walkway with stepping stones from our back gate, built us a new step (which was sharp and dangerous from the previous company), and refreshed all of our bark -- and the end result looks incredible. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Michael, our project manager, was top-notch. His communication was clear and consistent, and he visited the site multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Daniel, my Design Consultant, is very personable and provided me a brochure on a variety of products. He explained clearly how pavers would be installed, and I believe this to be the most professional and enduring product. I struggle to get rid of voles and moles on my property, and they guaranteed this will work. I'm impressed with the 15-year warranty. Though the Project Managers, Ben, and Chase, were not on site the whole time, they were effective and communicative over the phone as needed. The team of 5 builders did not need someone looking over them for them to be doing their job right, because they knew what they were doing. They were a well-orchestrated team, almost dance-like. There were no arguments. Nobody stood around looking like they needed something to do. They are a happy group of men! And they made me feel welcome and comfortable when a change order was required by me, and we quickly solved my problem. They bent over backwards to make me happy! The highly qualified Office Staff, Sena, and Emily were always available and supportive when I had a question. They always had their facts straight. We are very happy with the results of our retaining wall with curved bench seating and paver patio installed by Sta-Built. Barry, Michael and Hector and the team were great to work with. Although the design process was a little frustrating, it turned out better than we envisioned it, thanks to everyone on the team providing their input. As with all construction projects, it pays to oversee it and stay involved to get what you want! Everyone at Sta-Built worked hard to get our job scheduled and completed with all the excess product picked up before a big family holiday gathering which made us so happy. The product supplier was professional, and they were very careful not to block the driveway with product. The project took a little longer than initially expected due to underestimation of the amount of excavation required, however, two weeks for the total construction schedule was still very good. The construction team was pleasant, efficient and they cleaned up everything daily. Communication once the job was underway with a group-text chain really made a difference and kept everyone, including us, in the loop. After almost 3 months, we have had no issues or regrets (except now we want the rest of the patio done!!). read more

I hired Sta-Built Construction after receiving 4 bids for installing pavers, steps, retaining wall, decorative 2 ft. high wall x approximately 100 ft. long with 2 4ft high x 27" square pillars plus lighting. It was a large job. My driveway is long with a 3 car garage and RV parking plus lotd of extra parking. Sta-Built wasnt the cheapest bid but also wasn't the most expensive bid. I hired them because I really like Randall the sales guy. He seemed honest, clean, great personality, on time, and very educated regarding the various products that their company carried. Since I wasn't very familiar with driveways, pavers, lighting, etc. Randall was very informative and had lots of new ideas for me which I very much appreciated. He also brought by different sample products so I could actually see what they would look like next to my home. One thing that Randall or Sta-Built offered was a computer generated video of my future driveway, walls, etc. so I could actually visualize what my ideas would look like. This was perfect! It was done by a satellite view so it had my actual property that I was seeing. I had asked for this video at 3 pm and had it completed by 7pm. This was a big selling factor for me. Peter (Sta-Built Construction) has an excellent artistic tallent. We showed him what we had in mind for pavers and retaining walls to line our driveway and he improved on it with many creative additions, within the hour and with the bid. They are curvy and lighted walls, now drawing a lot of possitive attention. So beautiful! He also designed another walkway in the back yard off the deck with great finishes to each end. Peter has a great, hard working crew who arrived early to prep and begin any noisemaking machinery at 8:00 am straight up.
