He makes himself available whether it is by phone, text or in person always. I appreciate his willingness to talk to us, to make sure we are all on the same page. Something that I have found working with other landscapers is that they don't listen. That simple. There's a lot of nodding and "sure, sure" but they are only half-heartedly hearing us. I have been continually surprised by his ability to repeat our wishes back to us --weeks later-- which builds trust. Another thing we were happy to hear is that he'll do what we want, even if it doesn't make the most sense to him. He recognizes that Momma and I collectively have 70 years of gardening experience between us, and may be coming at a project a little differently than standard landscapers. How refreshing! We have used services on the whole price spectrum, basic budget to high end and everything in between. I would place Travis in the middle range. We have used him for a month or two now and we couldn't be happier. Mowing, edging, blowing, weeding, spreading bark, trimming bushes... so far the guy's a beast! He just does not quit.
