They give decent prices on tile but gouge you on the labor. A job that should have taken 5 weeks took 5 months to complete. We have pictures of when they would come to "work for the day," then lay 10 tiles and leave. Cesar, the owner, has a list of 3,000 excuses for why everything is not his fault and will own NONE of his bad customer service. We had him quote our countertops as well, which came in at $10,000. We had the EXACT same countertops done by another contractor for $6,000! MORE PRICE GOUGING BY NC TILE! The install job they did on our shower tile was so bad, we had to spend $6,000 to have both showers ripped out and redone (by a different contractor). When Cesar came to look at the job himself and I asked how he could let a job be done so poorly, he got in my face and said "I didn't come here to be talked down to!" Who says that to a customer when they are legitimately upset about a job done so horribly??? I could go on, but the important point is that if you live in the Upper Keys and want to give your business to the local guy like we did, DON'T USE NC TILE! Dave Miller stopped what he was doing and responded immediately. He had to hop a fence (with our permission of course) and identified the problem and helped us to coordinate with the electrician. It is rare in this day and age for a service provider to stop what they are doing for an older customer, take care of things and not accept any payment. Thank you Dave! This is a great business!

This business was sold during our fence job…read more We we promised a 2 week job, however it took them over 3 months to finish. The fence was put in backwards (finished side in? seriously?) was not all aluminum like we paid for. The crew was rude, sloppy, spilled concrete and the left it to harden in the middle of our yard, yanked plants out and left them to die, even though they weren't in the way, sprayed orange paint everywhere, put in a much lower quality fence than had been promised and then, just to top it off, lied about the materials. Within a week the gate broke, screws started pulling out and rust (remember the part about it supposed to be all aluminum?) is now showing. The fence was not put in straight (as much as 9" off in a 20' section). They had to come back to at least get some of the parts straight, but since it was just set directly into concrete the gate is permanently askew. Ronnie's used to be the go-to fence guys, but the new owner has no customer focus, and just doesn't seem to care about quality. We spent a week just repairing the damages to the yard, and will need to replace the NEW fence soon. There are options when choosing a fence company. This is one option we will NEVER waste our hard-earned money on again.
