The new one, even with having the old top as a template, was amazing NOT CLOSE to fitting. Thus another week goes by. During the install they did slight damage to my refrigerator. It was minor, I let it go. The counter top is now cracked. The two original original installer returned after waiting weeks and in fact confirmed that a section of the counter top did not make contact with the back of a supporting cabinet when it was installed. (Resulting in a cantilever that cases the crack) Now they say it is not under warranty, and my wife and I abused it with too much weight or heat. Unbelievable. They are not willing to do the right thing. I'm not asking for a new counter top, Just a technician repair the crack, that is all I want/

The service technician responded within a couple days, greased the fittings and changed the zincs. He did an adequate job but when a couple of the grease fittings were corroded and jammed he had no zerks with him so I gave him 2 and he greased them after installing. Unsatisfactory that he would show up without that bench stock. The manager, Pete D showed up to estimate cost to replace the bunks at the same time. He was late, offered no apology -- and was very disorganized. He said he would provide quote for bunks (parts, installation, etc) but until today he failed to provide the cost estimate as agreed. I called and emailed his team many times. Very unsatisfactory. Needless to say, the $290 service charge will be paid but I went to another company for the bunks and they installed them within a week for $2300, Pete's quote was $$3015. Avoid this company, there are good options in the Upper Keys.

These people are rude, use a third party for almost everything, the contractor who signs permits is different from the company employees claiming to own and be the company, smells like one giant scam. Poor customer service, don't return calls, incorrect filing of docs, don't respond timely to state departments with requests delaying your work!
