The system was plagued with problems with the gates, the lift master operation system from day one, and the very poor installation i paid thousands of dollars for. Brad stated that because he was a key largo firefighter, he could be trusted with his word when i questioned his very young and new business. Now that Brad's business has grown on the back of customers like me, he has refused to repair and resolve the endless problems with the poor gate system leaving me to have to purchase a new system and take the issue to court. His representations His website makes are completely false with regards to standing by his work and always being responsive to customers he installed his gates and systems for. This company had no employees and is a one man band business even though his website represents a well organized business that says has been in business for many years and years of experience when the company was incorporated in late 2020. This is the worse experience I have had with a business and I went with Brad because he had a great sales pitch, seemed very honest, was a small local business, and that he was a firefighter in KeyLargo which was to give me a no worry credibility. He has stated to me he can't repair the damages to the aluminum gate he installed, that has occurred because of the poor installation and design caused by the liftmaster gate opener because he doesn't have a welder or fabrication shop yet his social media shows and represents otherwise. All these problems with the gates and system have been communicated for the past 3 years since his installation and have not been resolved to date! The black paint is worn off on the gate illustrating how much movement exists between the liftmaster motor and the bracket which has now resulted in the gate being cracked where it is connected after 3 years of operation. Refused to service or repair and claims its out of warranty when it was never installed correctly to begin with.

This business was sold during our fence job…read more We we promised a 2 week job, however it took them over 3 months to finish. The fence was put in backwards (finished side in? seriously?) was not all aluminum like we paid for. The crew was rude, sloppy, spilled concrete and the left it to harden in the middle of our yard, yanked plants out and left them to die, even though they weren't in the way, sprayed orange paint everywhere, put in a much lower quality fence than had been promised and then, just to top it off, lied about the materials. Within a week the gate broke, screws started pulling out and rust (remember the part about it supposed to be all aluminum?) is now showing. The fence was not put in straight (as much as 9" off in a 20' section). They had to come back to at least get some of the parts straight, but since it was just set directly into concrete the gate is permanently askew. Ronnie's used to be the go-to fence guys, but the new owner has no customer focus, and just doesn't seem to care about quality. We spent a week just repairing the damages to the yard, and will need to replace the NEW fence soon. There are options when choosing a fence company. This is one option we will NEVER waste our hard-earned money on again.
