Communication between the us (homeowner) and DJ (the owner) and His son David were terrible. No response during or after the job, but boy was he on the ball when collecting MONEY. I asked them to quote another job that would be 4 times as large but they must not have wanted the work. They left me hanging. No response. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM for that reason. There are many other fence companies in the area that treat their customers with respect!!!!! I now call them NO-FENCE Company!

However, I am writing here to commend them for their superb customer service. Had an electrical problem recently that caused the gate to lock and not reopen. Dave Miller stopped what he was doing and responded immediately. He had to hop a fence (with our permission of course) and identified the problem and helped us to coordinate with the electrician. It is rare in this day and age for a service provider to stop what they are doing for an older customer, take care of things and not accept any payment. Thank you Dave! This is a great business!

This business was sold during our fence job…read more We we promised a 2 week job, however it took them over 3 months to finish. The fence was put in backwards (finished side in? seriously?) was not all aluminum like we paid for. The crew was rude, sloppy, spilled concrete and the left it to harden in the middle of our yard, yanked plants out and left them to die, even though they weren't in the way, sprayed orange paint everywhere, put in a much lower quality fence than had been promised and then, just to top it off, lied about the materials. Within a week the gate broke, screws started pulling out and rust (remember the part about it supposed to be all aluminum?) is now showing. The fence was not put in straight (as much as 9" off in a 20' section). They had to come back to at least get some of the parts straight, but since it was just set directly into concrete the gate is permanently askew. Ronnie's used to be the go-to fence guys, but the new owner has no customer focus, and just doesn't seem to care about quality. We spent a week just repairing the damages to the yard, and will need to replace the NEW fence soon. There are options when choosing a fence company. This is one option we will NEVER waste our hard-earned money on again.

I want to give an enourmous thank you to Florida Keys Electric Coop (FKEC), Wire Nuts; Steve, and…read morehis team, Steve and Mike. These are the types of things that happen when people care about what they do and their community. On friday, my electrical headmast (the pole where the electricity line comes into your home) rusted out and fell over. I called FKEC to let them know. They showed up within 40 minutes. Looked at the fallen mast and suggested to have the power cut off from my home for safety. Which they did immediately. We discussed how to repair this and they suggested I speak to one of the local Electricicians in Key Largo. I had done business before with Wire Nuts and called their emergency line. I think it's Steve's wife who answered and immediately got with Steve and he was on his way. Within another 30-40 minutes Steve was here (on Friday at 8:30pm) to review the issue. Assess the repair. He felt comfortable that his team would be able to fix it on Saturday and he confirmed it Saturday morning at 7:45am. By 8:10am his crew was working to repair the fallen electrical mast and under the beating sun got it done by 1pm. KLEC came in within 35minutes of my calling them and set up the power. I had electricity to my home by 2pm in less than 24 hours from when a major issue occurred and all because people are responsive and care about the folks they serve. My sincerest appreciation to FKEC and Steve at Wire Nuts for being great neighbors!!

The owner, Phil Shannon inspected our home and then gave us a quote. Our actual invoice turned out to be significantly less, while the additional work they performed far exceeded our expectations. The installation supervisor, Wayne Shannon had his crew add fan, lighting, and convenience features which seriously added functionality to our home with thoughtful additions that modernized our home, and did it very simply.
