The new one, even with having the old top as a template, was amazing NOT CLOSE to fitting. Thus another week goes by. During the install they did slight damage to my refrigerator. It was minor, I let it go. The counter top is now cracked. The two original original installer returned after waiting weeks and in fact confirmed that a section of the counter top did not make contact with the back of a supporting cabinet when it was installed. (Resulting in a cantilever that cases the crack) Now they say it is not under warranty, and my wife and I abused it with too much weight or heat. Unbelievable. They are not willing to do the right thing. I'm not asking for a new counter top, Just a technician repair the crack, that is all I want/

They left everything like new and helped me navigate this difficult process, no insurance used, but hes a pro at serving as a liaison to insurance companies. Hope to never need them again, but I would not go anywhere else as long as their service area reaches me. They truly saved our home when they came to my home after a severe leak had damaged a great portion of our home. They acted quickly, brought a truck load of equipment to mitigate the damage with a large team. Drying fans and scrubbers were installed, heating pads were placed where needed and floors, walls and ceilings were saved once the drying and dehumidifying tubes installed. Excellent, professional care. Great deal of attention to detail to ensure the water damage was dried out completely. 5 stars to the team at AAA American, they acted quickly and professionally to dry the rooms out, clean out everything including HVAC and all surfaces, thoroughly searching the entire home (no stone left unturned) and prepare them for being restored. I was so pleased and relieved to work with Bill and his team. He knew how stressed I was and held my hand the entire way, with a good and easy plan of action - all leading to a great result! Not to mention how he communicated with me via text and email sending regular pics and updates. Thanks so much!

They ran the carpeting up to the doorways, and then crudely cut the carpeting around the trim. Then, on two walls they stopped the carpeting about 1 to 2 inches from the wall. On other walls, they simply turned the carpeting up against the wall. We cannot imagine what the installer was thinking (or not). We have called the office, to which their reply is "We'll get back to you" and of course they don't. UPDATE: Okay, Wayne, Al's son came over, saw that the job hadn't been done properly. He said, and follow through on not leaving until it was fixed. They moved the furniture, re-oriented the carpet, and it now looks very good and is fit perfectly in the room. Thanks to Al's for realizing that the initial crew sent out was inept, and fixing all of the problems as well as insisting on NOT being paid until the work was done right.

The service technician responded within a couple days, greased the fittings and changed the zincs. He did an adequate job but when a couple of the grease fittings were corroded and jammed he had no zerks with him so I gave him 2 and he greased them after installing. Unsatisfactory that he would show up without that bench stock. The manager, Pete D showed up to estimate cost to replace the bunks at the same time. He was late, offered no apology -- and was very disorganized. He said he would provide quote for bunks (parts, installation, etc) but until today he failed to provide the cost estimate as agreed. I called and emailed his team many times. Very unsatisfactory. Needless to say, the $290 service charge will be paid but I went to another company for the bunks and they installed them within a week for $2300, Pete's quote was $$3015.
