A price was agreed upon and installation dates set. The day before instal, a time of 8:30 was given. Michel and his crew arrived at 8:25. Demolition commenced and was completed and a thorough cleaning by Alberto. New cabinets were to be delivered the following morning. The new cabinets came on time and were completed that morning. (Resulting in a cantilever that cases the crack) Now they say it is not under warranty, and my wife and I abused it with too much weight or heat. Unbelievable.
