Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. After the carpet removal I discovered numerous saggy areas in the subfloor (Lennar and their subcontractors used low quality subfloor wood) that Dolphin's crew was not capable of fixing. I halted the job and got in contact with Yunior, who came over to give an estimate and I hired him. Yunior and his assistant were on time and replaced about a dozen subfloor panels in a single day!
