I completely recommend driving to any other cleaners. long story: Dropped off 6 items on a Wednesday morning and informed the man working that my girlfriend had a flight out Monday morning to attend a very important conference and absolutely NEEDED the clothes back prior. He politely informed us that they would be ready by 2pm on Friday at the latest. We call on Friday at 2pm to confirm our order is ready to be picked up and we are told that we are mistaken and they have no order by our name. After numerous phone calls they tell us that our items had been shipped out and wouldn't be back until the following Monday afternoon (after her flight). They told us that they'd see what they could do to get the clothes back and promptly dodged our calls and texts messages for the next three days. Come Monday, we still received no word, so i had to drive and ask the owner what had happened. The owner claimed to have texted my girlfriend and asked if she wanted them shipped somewhere... complete shock: my girlfriend received no text or call from the owner. The owner however did offer 10% off our total... As "generous" as that may sound, my girlfriend had to purchase 6 new (relatively expensive) outfits for her conference; simply because of their lack of communication and irresponsibility . On top of it all she was still charged for the dry-cleaning of the clothes she can no longer wear. I can not fathom any business blatantly denying their mistakes and charging the customer for them. Unless you have 90+ days to wait for dry-cleaning and want a cleaners that will DEFINITELY give you the run around, i'd recommend going anywhere else.

New mom or not, this company is so extremely convenient and flexible--they pick up your laundry and drop it off within 24 hours, perfectly folded. Speaking of their flexibility--I set up a laundry pickup for this morning. However, they called me to see if there was any chance they could pick it up last night due to some road closures as a result of an event close by us. Unfortunately, I didn't see the phone call/message until 10:30 pm (I was at a dinner), but they STILL came and picked up my laundry at that late hour just to accommodate.
