We ordered online and when we went to pick up our order and got home, not only was it wrong, but they typed asshole on our receipt. They barely apologized and just blamed their online ordering system. Somehow, I doubt it. Review of last visit with this business.....Delivery driver shows up with no change at all. He offers to go back and get change. I ask him to bring back 5s and 1s. He brings back 2 $5s from my $40 for a $20.31 bill. I just barked at him and told him to keep it. Pizza I ordered was a hand tossed double hamburger and double cheese. There was actually more sauce on it than beef and cheese. In the past they have screwed up orders as well but when I asked they made it right. Ordered two 16" pizzas, salad and a spaghetti order. The spaghetti was hard as a rock and sitting in a pool of oil. Spaghetti was ordered with sauce on the side. The pizza has 2x the amount of sauce to cheese & toppings, the salad was drenched in cheese.... do not recommend. When I contacted the store to inquire about harden spaghetti noodles they assumed I was a customer who frequently orders from them (I'm not) and "has been told multiple times" that their noodles come hard if not cooked in sauce . I informed them that I had never ordered from them before and they half assed an apology and said it was known that their noodles were made 3 days ago................ I have nothing more to say. over half of my order was missing, my boneless wings were drowned in sauce so they were soggy as hell, I couldn't even eat them because they made me wanna throw up everywhere. I paid for two 2 liters of soda, which i didn't receive. I also paid for two Ted Drewes ice cream's that are not cheap that i also didn't receive. the cheesecake was so disgusting, it tasted like expired milk. I am completely unsatisfied my Valentine's Day is ruined because of a lazy person who couldn't do their job right. I also tried calling to talk to a manager, but it just rang 1000 times and went to a non-voicemail box that just hung up on me. I recommend not going to this store under any circumstances, EVER.. This afternoon I swung by St. Louis Pizza and Wings on Tesson. I ordered a 12 inch cheese with mozzarella. After about 10 minutes I showed up and the pie was ready! Boy was I disappointed when I opened the box. But first, the box. I love the logo with "Fred". Great box! The presentation was immediately a let down. I ordered mozzarella, even specified not provel, I wanted mozzarella. Well. This bad boy had provel. I had no choice but to continue the review, but mozzarella would've helped them. The crust was actually really good. Nice crisp but not dried out like these cracker pizza can be. Also not soggy which was a super plus. The sauce was good. Nothing too special but not exactly bland. The cheese...well it was provel so it was basically a white cheese sauce. Not bad tasting but definitely not the kind I go for (I know, a St. Louis sin). It wouldn't of been bad if that was all they offered but it's not so I was bummed! Overall the quality was ok. Crust really saved this pie! It was also cooked perfect! 6.1/10. Maybe could've been in the 7's with the mozzarella. I'll have to make a round 2 at some point on this adventure. read more

Decided to try this place one night because its right by where we moved and it helped that they started sending amazing coupons to new homeowners - score! We got the biggest pizza they offered, wings, toasted ravioli, and cheese bread, I really wanted to try a salad as I hear they are great but we already had enough. The pizza was good, and because it was thin, it was gone fast. The other items were crispy and hit the spot. I love wings and I can say they have some of the best! Because we had walked in, they said it was going to take a few minutes. We waited in the car as it was cooler in there than in their little establishment. Waited about 15 minutes for our pizza since we didn't call ahead (Siri & Waze kept trying to send us to their Corporate HQ), they have a few chairs in the lobby, but aren't a dine in establishment. So, Sunday night we ordered from here. Love their food and especially the wings and salad. Our order showed up missing the salad, the sausage on our pizza and the extra sauce that we ordered for our wings. I called immediately and was told they could remake the order but I just asked for a refund for the things that I didn't get. I thought that was fair. No refund was ever put through on my credit card. I called on Tuesday and spoke to a woman who said that the ticket had been closed out and no refund could've been processed. I asked why no one contacted me about that and she had no explanation. She gave me her boss's name when I asked and she said he would contact me on Wednesday. Waited until 2:00 pm with no phone call. Finally called and spoke to him. He wasn't very polite and commented about me being "upset" about the salad. I said I wasn't upset about the salad but about the service I was receiving. He offered to put a $9.00 credit on my phone number for the next time we call in. Gotta say, the food's great but the service - not so much! read more

I just moved to the South County area and I was looking at my options for pizza places when I came across St. Louis Pizza & Wings and I just couldn't pass up the buy one get one free 16" pizzas. It's hard to beat 2 specialty 16" pizzas for under $30 and the pizza is delicious. Their wings are equally delicious and they have $.45 wings every Wednesday. They also have a wide variety of sandwiches that I would love to try sometime. Oh and the cheesecake from there I had for dessert was amazing. If you're are in the area this is definitely a place to check out for good pizza... and wings. read more

Yummy in my tummy! The pizza is outstanding. And you can not beat their specials BUY ONE GET ONE FREE any size any number of toppings.....The hot mustard wings...unbelievable oh and the delivery guys can read a map. This hunk of lukewarm bland bread with a little cheese, even less sausage, and no sign of red pepper or basil that they call the Sicilian Tagglaglia is the most disappointing pizza I've ever ordered. And to add a little more sting to the experience, it cost me $15.99 + tax + delivery + tip. When I called to find out if I even received the correct pizza I was told by the manager that they were out of red pepper and basil but they sent it out anyway because they were "too busy". I was offered a credit, but should have been offered a refund. Honestly, it would have been a bad pizza even with the red pepper and basil. Save your money.
