Update! 2 years later and here we are with a hair in the food. This Panera has been in a steady decline it seems like.

"Creamy" chicken and wild rice soup

Placed an order on their app to take home. My sandwich was fine but looked like it was slapped together without much thought. The issue was the creamy chicken and wild rice soup. It was liquid and maybe one tablespoon of chicken and rice. Called up to let them know to check their soup since something was wrong. The person on the phone was more interested in defending the watery soup than apologizing and making things right. Their loss.

Ok, I've been coming to this location since it opened. Yes, the food is still mostly yummy. However the customer service as a whole has declined!! Last week they forgot my bread side, today my grilled cheese is barely toasted!! Ugh!!!

The food is good, people are "usually " nice... But, you have about a 1 in 5 chance to get what you ordered, or all of your order.

By far my favorite for soup and sandwich. Excellent selection and great pastries. Very good prices.

The food at your establishment consistently satisfies me, especially my usual order: the chicken…read morebacon ranch, which is a twist on the chicken philly. However, I've noticed a recurring issue with the ranch cups--they're often only filled a quarter to halfway. It would be a significant improvement if the standard portion of ranch was a consistently full cup, as it really enhances the meal.

Absolute garbage... This store is in Arnold, MO. I ordered 4 subs and it cost me nearly 50…read moredollars.. There were 3 people working and it took what seemed like 20 minutes.. The guy at the front taking orders looked either stoned or he just woke up.. I told him NO TOMATOES on two of the subs..twice.. I also ordered one medium Fry.. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. The guy making the subs was listening to hip hop songs with the lyrics of, and I quote "she sucked my dick", while my 14 year old daughter listened on... When the subs finally came out, and they called my order, the fries were not in the bag.. They offered to make some, but I was t about to wait 20 more minutes for medium fries. Besides, the guy at the order station didn't even put them on there... When we got home, one of the subs that I asked for no tomatoes on had tomatoes... The store itself was dirty, with open container drinks from the employees sitting next to the food prep area... Dirty work area, tables, floors.. Subs were bland and had very little meat.. definitely not worth 50 bucks. This was our FIRST TIME ever trying Penn Station.. It reminded me of gas station food. Looks like I can scratch this place off the list ..Ill re-post in a week to let you guys know if I developed food poisoning or not.. Also... out of the 3 person staff, the kid wearing the Blues hat was the only one remotely doing his job..

Disappointing half filled ranch- would've payed for another but had already left the establishment.
