Service was terrible. Restaurant was actually more hot inside than outside and it was 33 degrees today. One server for an entire restaurant. We waited well over an hour for food. Multiple things we tried to order weren't available causing us to make last minute choices. The food we actually got was overcooked. The wings were tiny... We have been quite a few times at the Cambridge location and the service and the food was good. Today was a huge difference in a negative way to what we usually expect. First of all we choose St Louis cause they are the only place who promotes NFL football. So today is the first playoff game of the season. We where a group of people ready for football, jersey's on and with a empty stomach and ready to fill these up with food and drinks. Going into the location all TV's except on where on a regular season game of the Maple Leafes. Not to mention they have about 70 every year. The volume on hockey was on and loud. A guy at the bar was already mentioning that he can't understand why a place who promotes the NFL is ignoring the playoffs. We asked the staff if they could change to football with comments on as it was a playoff game. She said no, we would have to watch hockey. She really didn't care that there is a group of people. The wings were actually gross. They reminded me of wings you would buy in the freezer section at the grocery store. They were tiny and rubbery. The sauce didn't really taste like anything either. Overall I was super disappointed. The garlic dill dipping sauce is good. The deep fried pickles were decent. But yeah I won't be wasting my time with thier wings again. read more

Great food! My personal fav are chicken wings with sweet saracha sause, chicken fingers and calamarie are really good. Nice selection of beer and nice tvs for watching sports. Price is pretty much on par with other similar restaurants. Service is quick and friendly. They also have a lunch card if you have lunch 6 times you get the next one free up to $12. The honey garlic wings with extra sauce is what I had and I also got honey hot with extra sauce (although the honey hot wings, did not come with extra sauce, I still enjoyed it) but the winner here, is the honey garlic wings! I never had a burger here before, so I thought.. Why not? I should of had one sooner, the burgers are very tasty here! I had mine with cheese, lettuce, tonatoes and bacon. I will be back for the burger and wings (I love the waffle amd sweet potatoe fries). I'll be back again. read more

It was my first time ever visiting this location with my partner and I must say we were very pleased with the overall experience!! Our waitress was great and actually had a personality, and the wings were as good as they can get. The inside was also up to date with lots of TV's showing different sports events (glad to see must focused on the Jays). My son suggested we go since it was the last day of their "all you can eat boneless wings". We have never been so my wife and I plus our two boys went for dinner to give it a go. Inside was nice, perfect sports bar style. We all ordered the "all you can eat" boneless wings, but was told to enjoy them we had to order a beverage other than just water. Ok, I get it, they need sales to justify giving away these boneless wings so providing an overcharged pop helps. The food came and no word of a lie, we ended up with some fries and 15 battered chicken nuggets. No sign of wing meat anywhere. When I mentioned it to our server she said; "they are boneless wings", so I asked how are they wings if it has white meat? She responded by saying "they are boneless".....then after a few seconds realized there's no white meat in a wing and corrected herself by saying they are chicken nuggets. When are companies going to be honest with consumers? When as consumers are we going to finally say this is wrong and force restaurants to provide what they say or show in photos, not just embellish about something because it sounds good. This place does not offer boneless wings so stop advertising it. They are chicken nuggets pure and simple. As for the staff they apologized, removed two of the four meals we ordered and gave us coupons for our next visit.....as if that's ever going to happen........ read more

My family and I waited almost 1 hour for take out, when the waitress stated it would only take 10-15 minutes. I feel more realistic wait times should be told to customers, as we had some where to be after. Very frustrating. When we eventually got our order, they did not offer any sort of refund. They also gave us the wrong order and offered us coupons for our next visit. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant and will not recommend to others. The whole entire staff did not make a very good first impression, especially being a new establishment in the area. read more

horrible customer service at the Cambridge, ON location. they allow customers to become dangerously intoxicated, slow service, cleanliness and sanitation are non existent, ok food, and most of the bartenders and servers are very rude and unwelcoming. i would not recommend going there under any circumstances read more
