Unlike other facilities, run by competent companies, the Fullerton facility was not conducive to a comfortable sleep test. Furthermore, communication with the tech was initiated by, at his direction, knocking on my headboard rather than through an intercom. But worse than the foregoing, the tech was incompetent and non-responsive to my requests. Specifically, 1) the tech had no control of the room temperature. At 10:00 pm, the room temp was approximately 68 degrees and comfortable. However, the room temperature kept dropping until it was appropriately 60. I told the tech I needed a blanket -- 2 1/2 hours later he provided one. 2) As a 20 year user of a CPAP machine, I know that inclusion of humidity for CPAP is necessary to prevent sinuses from becoming painfully dry. The tech claimed that most people do not use a humidifier -- this is a blatantly untrue. My sinuses became painful, and sleep was extremely difficult. At approximately 5:00 am I pulled off the mask and notified the tech that sleep was no longer possible. 3) The tech spent 30 minutes, beyond normal setup time, trying to find a problem with a sensor wire (his comment and actions indicated he had been working in the wrong sensor). 4) After starting the test I had to notify him that his pressure setting seemed low. He could not have been monitoring my oxygen level -- he set it at a level that was 1/2 of my normal setting, and made no adjustment until I told him he needed to increase pressure. That is the epitome of incompetence. In summary, the facility is not properly equipped, and the tech was incompetent.

The first time I was a little confused about where the building was until I saw everyone coming in and out lol. Recently, Kenneth attended me, and he literally made my morning before drawing my blood! He was so friendly and easy to talk to. I wish you could request a specific person, but I don't think that's possible. I also had a female technician last time (I forgot her name ), and she was super sweet and loved to talk too!

715 am, Saturday, May 16, 2026…read more I came an hour early to the Quest Lab to find out if they'd take me early before my appointment time as a walk-in. Not sure if it'll happen as I already have the standing appointment. The self service kiosk is easy to use, there are four machines near the entrance. Plenty of parking spaces here at the medical plaza. There's a constant arrival of patients, so not likely to be seen earlier than the appointment time. I have no idea when walk-ins would be seen as appointments have priority. I don't recommend trying to get here any earlier than ten minutes. The restrooms are clean, however, there's no wall mounted soap dispenser. That's such a big miss! Super silly having that gallon sized pump hand soap on the cabinet away from the sink. The hand dryer works well, there are no paper towels. This one is weird too, I was given a small plastic double Dixie cup with lid instead of the medical grade plastic urine collection cup. Hmm... Not sure if that was because I had to go before she had a jar ready and labeled. My phlebotomist was professional, yes. But she wasn't as good as the other one I had previously. All I care about is that they're able to collect the blood sample on the first insertion of the needle. Don't miss! Haha.

Apparently checking in through their KIOSK makes you a walk-in. THERE IS NO SIGN THAT SAYS THAT. Their kiosk simply says express check in. Like all other medical offices these days. EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT they still had me waiting as a walk in. Apparently with an appointment you HAVE TO use your email/QR code. Otherwise staff will NOT KNOW YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!! As customers we're suppose to magically know this information because there are NO SIGNS informing you!! The front desk tried blaming me too like I'm supposed to know this!! Worst experience EVER getting lab work. ZERO STARS for a medical lab!!!

I was in and out of this place in one hour great job guys. I hope we never lose this urgent care it's outstanding.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had at an urgent care…read more I had been dealing with shingles for a little over six days and had been prescribed Valtrex beforehand. I woke up from a fever nap with significant ear pain, redness, and small lumps around my ear, which was concerning to me because I was worried the infection may have involved my ear. That was the primary reason I decided to visit urgent care. The nurse was professional and completed the usual intake, including taking my blood pressure and asking basic questions. Unfortunately, my experience with the physician was very different. When the doctor came in, he asked why I was there. I explained that I had shingles and that my main concern was the new ear pain and soreness. He asked me to lift my shirt to look at the rash and simply responded, "Yup, good ole shingles." He did not ask when my symptoms had started, how they had progressed, or many of the other questions I would have expected during an evaluation. When I specifically brought up my ear pain, his response was simply, "Unrelated." I was then given a packet of recommendations and a prescription for the generic version of the medication I was already taking. The doctor did not take the time to explain the recommendations or discuss why prescribing essentially the same medication was necessary. I also explained that I had been bedridden for approximately four days because of my symptoms, but I did not feel that this was meaningfully addressed. I asked for a doctor's note for the days of work I had missed. The doctor said he could provide one, but only beginning on the date of my visit. I understood that limitation. I then asked for his medical opinion regarding when it would be appropriate for me to return to work. His response was essentially, "You tell me when you want to go back." That was extremely frustrating. As the medical professional evaluating me, I was looking to him for guidance about when it would be medically appropriate and safe for me to return to work. I paid $165 out of pocket for this visit. I left feeling like I had received very little information or guidance for the money I had spent, and I was still concerned about the ear pain that had prompted me to seek care in the first place. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the written information I was given specifically stated to seek medical attention right away if experiencing ear pain or ringing in the ear. This directly conflicted with what I had been told during the appointment--that my ear pain was "unrelated." I understand that urgent care visits can be brief and that physicians are busy. However, I expected at minimum to have my primary concerns properly evaluated, to have my questions answered, and to receive some guidance regarding what symptoms I should monitor and when I should seek additional care. I ultimately left the clinic more concerned than when I arrived and am now considering going to another urgent care to have my ear properly evaluated. Since I am paying out of pocket, having to pay for another visit is especially frustrating. The icing on the cake was I had to go to the Ralph's located in the same plaza since I've been bedridden. seeing the doctor walk into the same Ralph's a minute after me reassured he seemed to rush me out just so he could take a lunch. I can only speak to my own experience, and perhaps other providers at this location offer a different level of care. However, based on my experience with this particular visit, I was extremely disappointed and would not return to this provider.

Ultrasound appointments can only be scheduled through one specific person so you either schedule in person or message her through the app and pray you get a timely response. Even if you have an appointment she frequently calls you to reschedule. I could go on and on about the things wrong with this office but in short, I strongly do not recommend.
