I got to chat with her letting her know my daughter's ridiculous $40 a cup experience at Dior in FL -and she made sure she got a pic at the place so it seemed somewhat justified ! The lady assured me the coffees were going to be more like Starbucks prices. The point is, everyone was friendly, we made small talk, and there were plenty of people willing to help. After my purchases I noticed a whole section of bags I hadn't noticed the first time. The styles are wonderful and up to date, with something for everyone . They are well stocked and the mall is super clean, with a ton of dangerous shopping choices, from classic to upscale. . I could have gone to Carlsbad or Ontario and I'm glad I chose this location. I would NOT recommend Ontario's Mills and I'll leave it at that.

Certain area of this huge complex are currently undergoing remodeling so several businesses are closed. During this recent visit, I noticed very few customers unlike my previous and many visits where this place was PACKED and nearly impossible to find a parking spot. It actually felt sad shopping here and appeared as though many businesses are desperate for customers. 90% of the stores I noticed, had, "50-70% off" posters displayed on the front windows or "entire store on clearance" posters. There were also two businesses with, "going out of business forever" posters on their front windows. As a shopper, this means great savings on many items but when my of my favorite athletic shoe stores (ASICS) is no longer here, this can't be a good sign. A security guard I spoke to shared that business has been unusually slow this summer. I hope that retailers are not planing on leaving and this just happens to be not only a slow day for shopping but an entire summer of customers staying away.

Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. The deals can still be pricey, but for Burberry, they actually feel like real outlet finds rather than token discounts. I enjoy doing a quick lap to see what's new, even if I'm just browsing. Burberry Outlet feels polished, welcoming, and very much worth a stop when I'm in the area.
