I approached a gentleman (so kind) named tom and asked for assistance finding what I needed. He didn't have it on the floor and searched the back real quick. AND FAST FORWARD 3 mins HE BROUGHT MW WHATCI NEEDED IN HAND!!!!! I was a little snotty bc I'm not a fan of Black and Decker, but I'll say this, bc he looked for it out of his was, I'll keep it forever. And appreciate the story behind it. Not only that ALL of the proceeds go to assisting the less privileged. Not the fake our name is "GOODWILL" so assume we are giving back. I know some of the corporate heads at that company (Goodwill) and what I have seen them do with their upscale donations would make most not even think of going back. Beyond 501c3 corruption. Anyway I want to let this review express how glad I am that I was in a panic today to find a tool.... If I wasn't I would have never gone there. Now I'm sure I'll be a regular. I only glanced at the clothing and accessories and I'm kind of a label person and I saw beautiful pieces. It's big also. It's not Like Habitat. It's kind of like what habitat used to be 10 years ago.
