There was a lot of staff around to help if needed. The clothing was organized by item and also by size which made shopping a breeze. The selection was definitely curated as everything was in great condition! The prices were also very reasonable, many of the shirts I saw were priced at $7 which felt like a good bargain based on the condition and styles offered. The store consists of two rooms, one that is clothing and accessories, mostly women, and the second room was home goods, glassware, and children's items. I especially enjoyed seeing the variety of dresses they had. There were many good selections for wedding guest and occasion dresses. I really enjoyed this thrift store and would encourage others to stop in if you're out enjoying the area! This strip of stores definitely makes for a nice afternoon of shopping.

Their system is so simple and works out so well for the consignors and for the customers. The consignors get 50% of whatever their clothes sell for (and you don't have to pay a yearly fee to sell your clothes as you do in other consignment stores), and customers get great deals on great name-brand clothes. Their employees, especially Kim, are so kind and helpful. They will be honest with you with whether or not an item will sell. If an item does not sell after some months, it will be donated to charity, which they do make clear to you. I'm wondering if Lynne F. below has actually ever been in the store, because consignors do not receive checks once their clothes sell -- they have the option of either receiving cash or store credit. Squan Dry Goods is great if you need one place where you can shop for toddlers, teenagers, college students, young adults, and adults. They really sell clothes for all ages, which is why I've been able to shop there for so long. Their prices are unmatched, which makes it so easy to get lost there for hours and come out with bags of clothes. And hey, it's a great excuse to clear out your closet and fill it back up again.

Upon my arrival I thought the store was just the three rooms you can see from the front door but boy was I wrong, there's at least five rooms on the first floor and four on the second floor, it just kept going! The first floor had some things that seemed to be "new" and not second hand, but 95% of the store was for resale, which is what I was looking for. They also have a room with just vintage clothing and accessories which was cool to look at. This store seriously has everything you could think of from formal dresses for events and weddings, to your favorite brand jeans from Bloomingdale's. I was so pleasantly surprised! They also have a ton of purses for sale with brands like Kate Spade and Michael Kors all the way up to Louis Vuitton. This store is also organized by size and color which makes shopping so enjoyable and easy. I thought the prices were very fair, with many of the items I picked up being about 12$ or 14$. I wasn't in the market for any of the more expensive brands, so I can't speak on those prices but from what I saw I thought things were fairly priced for the great condition everything was in. Also, many of the clothes were organized by brand like Free People, Anthropologie, Nike, Lululemon, and way more. There's a fitting room as well which was helpful. I didn't get to check out the other stores but it seems that there was also a Men's store and Children's Squan Dry store next to this one, which was all women's clothing. It's also worth mentioning that this store had some accessories and small home goods too, both used and new, so it can be a great place to shop when you need to buy a little gift! I would 100% recommend stopping by if you're in the area and I can't wait to return and visit the other location!

I didn't know this until I went inside and saw a sign on the store, this was discouraging for me because I don't carry much cash around, so I was not prepared. Nothing caught my eye when I was looking around but like I said, it was busy in there so obviously this store has good finds. I would give it another chance and go back maybe on a week day when it's less busy and I can really take my time looking around, but my main take away would be to remember cash! From home goods, religious items, art, porcelain items, clothes, purses, belts, jewelry, plus more. There's a large selection of clothes and home goods like glass cups, plates, and more. There's a small section with office supplies, unused greeting cards, and craft supplies such as yarn. I loved this section as I've never seen any items like this at any other thrift store. I had a great time going through the greeting cards and selecting a few vintages ones for Valentine's Day and upcoming holidays. There was also a small selection of books, electronics, accessories and shoes. There's some kids clothing and toys as well, and some nice pieces of furniture. Everything here was in very good condition, I only saw two clothing items that were used looking and marked "as is," otherwise the condition of the things here was excellent which I really appreciated. There's also four or five dressing rooms with an attendant that never left the clothing section, so there was no waiting around for the fitting room, which was such a big plus for me. The fitting rooms were very clean and bright, similar to a department store. It's very obvious to me that the staff takes a lot of care when selecting items to put on display because of their great condition, unlike the bigger thrift stores that will put anything on the shelves. There was an obvious religious affiliation with this thrift store, such as the music and some decor for sale that mentioned God, but it is easy to ignore if that not your cup of tea! I also found the prices to be very fair, I got a pair of black dress pants for work for $6! I also really liked how there was signage for the prices of the clothing unless the item was otherwise marked, which I didn't find much of. The pants and bottoms are organized by size which I really appreciated. The tops were organized by color and not size, but the selection was not so huge that it made looking for your size a challenge. I also liked that there was a plus size section of clothing, which can be harder to find in thrift stores. Overall, I'd definitely come back to Bridge Life Thrift!
