She gave me incremental exercises that led to not just a full recovery, but strength, range of motion, and flexibility that I had not had before my injury. Sevaughn, her therapy assistant is also amazing with an encouraging very professional attitude dove tailed with attention to detail, fine tuning the subtleties of each assigned exercise to give maximum benefit. The physical improvement was coupled with a sense of caring and consistent compassion. I saw it with all their clients. It gave me a profound sense of comparison to the very impersonal and uncaring attitude of the PT site I had been released from. And, finally I want to express my sincere appreciation to the welcoming reception staff greeting each person by first name. They were immensely helpful and their phone calls were very kind and courteous. Once again, in comparison to my previous PT location, I could not remember anyone ever being called by first name upon the check in process. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Excruciating numbness and aching kept me up all night. I couldn't even grip anything at night and mornings. The worst part is that I couldn't hold a bottle, change a diaper, or even hold my new born baby. Wrist stents, and hot/cold compressions just were no longer helping. Went in and asked Taylor for immediate relief. She was very understanding to my situation and my needs. I just wanted to take care of baby without the pain. Now I'm doing rehab for my knee arthroscopy. Their facility is beautiful and gentle, well-trained dogs roam around the staff and patients. They have a manual therapy philosophy, which means that their skilled physical therapists work the muscles and other tissue with their bodies before you are asked to do your strengthening and rehab exercises. I…read morewas very happy with my first visit, started with a thorough consult and some dedicated time with one of the PTs there. Then I continued on to my exercises with a student who was very helpful. My second appt a week later I was with a different PT who spent less than 5 min on me, no cupping or additional therapy. Then I was on my own to do my exercises which I hardly remembered so I had to approach one of the students for help. I found this odd because I've been to physical therapy before and had a more hands on experience from the staff. Repeat all of this on my third visit. Had another different PT who spent more time with me than the second one but once that care was over I was on my own. Then on my fourth visit I had yet another different PT, even though my appts were at the same date/time each week. I did some looking on Reddit and folks in the PT community refer to places like these as "mills" which it totally felt like. The nail in the coffin for me was getting charged for a needling service (recommended by one of the physical therapists there) even though at no point was I informed that it was an additional cost. Bummed out because the location was convenient and staff was kind, I just think the way the place is run could be more patient-focused.

She is a gifted therapist who has an intuitive understanding of the body. I started PT after a major wreck left me carless and in a lot of pain. I've never done PT before and didnt know what to expect. I haven't been the kind of person who looks forward to working out, but found myself eagerly attending PT a few times a week. You just have to break through that post-workout fatigue of the first 6 weeks. Exercising with pain can be discouraging, but stick with it. After getting past that, I found myself with a higher level of energy that I still have all the time. If something hurts, they don't force you to do it, and they customize your plan every month or so after reevaluating your progress and level of pain. The therapist I had for the first month ended up leaving to continue his education, and even then, if Koreen saw me doing an exercise with bad form, she would come over and show me how to do it correctly. I GREATLY appreciated that she cared enough to help me. She painstakingly explained things to me and answered all my questions. Though I went there for pain, it's unavoidable to not learn about the rest of your body in the process. They left me with a better understanding of core muscles, what muscles being lengthened and shortened can do, an appreciation for exercise, a newfound respect for posture, and most importantly... a big reduction in pain. I felt sad to leave because Koreen and everyone else there have changed my life!
