However, I find it increasingly difficult to justify using them as a "go-to" service due to the lack of incentive for loyal customers. Paying full price for the same recurring issue within a single year feels steep. While the plumber did offer a $100 discount this time, that is a standard coupon amount I likely could have found elsewhere. What is more frustrating is that I've gone above and beyond to prevent this: * I purchased their proprietary maintenance cleaner (at 3x the price of standard retail cleaners) and used it exactly as instructed. * As a two-family household, we are extremely cognizant of what goes down our drains. * We previously used them for a major sewer line repair--a nearly five-figure job--less than five years ago.
