Big thanks to Dr. James Stupfel, PA-C, who was friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, assuring, and personable. If I didn't have a PCP, I would absolutely visit him for everything, based on his calm, professional demeanor. Very recommended for anyone who unsure of using a fly-by-night, last minute healthcare provider. People like him give credit to ZoomCare, and the healthcare industry in general, at a time when people have begun to (rightfully) question our broken, predatory system. I reserved a ride with Five Star Special Transport on Sunday night for Monday afternoon and was worried they might not be able to arrange a pickup with less than 24 hours notice. Jacqueline reached out to me by 10am Monday, confirmed the time of our ride, and answered all my questions. The driver, Gary, arrived on time, helped my mother get into the wheelchair, and made sure she was very securely placed in the van. The van itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped. Both Jacqueline and Gary were kind and professional. I'll definitely be using their service again when my Mom needs it. Thank you, guys!

Vancouver Direct Primary Care goes above and beyond…read more Ed Kauffman is a highly skilled advanced nurse practitioner, and he provides excellent care. The DPC model is smart. There's a reasonable monthly fee, which gives you access to unlimited appointments, and excellent rates on things like imaging, labs (typically less expensive than going through my insurance). The aesthetic of the office is modern and inviting. The staff is friendly. I feel cared about and listened to, and appointments are never rushed. If there is a situation that might be beyond the scope of primary care, Ed is quick to make a referral to the best possible specialist and/or imaging center. Even if that means he must do a bit of research first to ensure you will be taken care of in a timely manner. I had been a member of a concierge practice before I moved to the Portland/Vancouver area, and I can truly say that the care at Vancouver DPC is somewhat compatible to that approach to care, at a fraction of the cost. This clinic is an amazingly helpful asset to our Clark County Community! My friend who is uninsured…read morewas able to call at 9am and secure an appointment for 1pm the same day. The front desk manager did a great job explaining which paperwork to fill out. I noticed she is bilingual which is a positive skill to serve a greater audience. Doctor Feldstein demonstrated excellent bedside manner in her initial physical check-up, and tests were run without any cost to the patient. Luckily, this patient did not have any infections and therefore did not require medications, though, the Doctor was totally willing to prescribe them if necessary. Keep in mind that everybody who works here is volunteering their time, and everything will be okay as long as we lead with Gratitude. I am extremely grateful to the Physicians and community partnerships that help keep this clinic alive. Additionally, the location of the clinic is the same place as the Vancouver, WA "Jim Parsley Center" and is easily accessible even if you do not have transportation because the location is on a bus line.
