We transitioned our son last spring from a highly reputable daycare, supposedly, over to Children's…read moreCourtyard. There were several factors for the transition: family centered, the staff listen to and respect the parents opinions and ideas, low staff turnover, they treat each child like their family, and safety is their number 1 concern. My son has not only grown while in their care but thrived! I'm not stressed or worried that he'll be bit, hit, or kicked like he was on a daily basis at his previous daycare. They are truly like family and anyone would be grateful to have their child attend Children's because they truly care for the kids and value the parents!

The teacher was friendly and taught a perfect, easy-going Sunday morning flow. The lights were dimmed and the mirrored wall allowed me to see if I was as aligned as I felt I was during certain poses. The music she selected was great: relaxed acoustic popular music versus the usual spiritual instrumental (both are great, but this was a nice change of pace)! The savasana was my favorite part. The teacher walked around and placed cold clothes infused with lavender oil over our eyes which took me from relaxed to super-zen. I've never been offered that before and it was awesome! It also gave me a way to wipe down my mat once practice ended. Overall, I had a great experience and hope to make this class part of my Sunday morning routine as often as much schedule will allow.

ALWAYS blatantly displayed favoritism of children. I was utterly sickened. Every day after school my child would tell me how MS. J... was just always yelling at them all day and how they always had to put their heads down. Who in their right mind would employ someone who constantly yells at and punishes preschoolers? And the kicker, before I forget, the same MS. J..., on two separate occasions, was at the counter talking to another teacher about how much she hates her job and wants to leave. Who runs this place?

Just wanted to post an update…read more After my 1 year was up, unfortunately I had to stop coming because my availability was no longer the same. I was away for roughly 4 months, and in those 4 months, I gained between 12 to 15 pounds, and the belly was back in full force. I could easily pass for someone in their second trimester, and I'm a dude. And sadly, it was once again hard to tie my shoes without holding my breath. So I readjusted my schedule & priorities, and have been back at F45 for 1 month. In that month, I have lost 2 pounds, and the belly is not as round, but definitely still there. It's kind of hard to erase 4 months of damage in 1 month. And I know the damage was just from the lack of activity since my diet has always been horrible, and will most likely stay horrible. But the best part? I can once again tie my shoes without holding my breath. LOL. Moral of the story, prioritize fitness and your health, even if you eat like crap.

They either became full-time staff in higher education, moved out of the area, or just retired. Shifting teachers around until new staff is hired is a normal process. Each person who has taken on the responsibility of taking care of my child has been wonderful. With my first daughter, I too was concerned about teacher changes, but I realized that unless your taking your kiddo to private daycare you will encounter these changes. Turnover - Yes, they have had turnover, but every daycare does. We're a military family and my kids have attended a fair share of daycares. The staff they've hired are caring and loving. Facility. Always clean, kid friendly, and learning-centric. This facility remained open the entire year and focused heavily on creating a fun atmosphere for the kids, but being mindful of the limitations of covid. Activities. Plenty. Dedication. A+

My daughter went twice for the preschool class and all I can say is, this is NOT the place for young children learning new skills. The coaches never said a word to me or introduced themselves, they rolled their eyes when my daughter was unable to do something, and they sit there and watch doing nothing rather then assisting the children. Coach Shan apparently is the preschool manager but she should not be working with children, incredibly unprofessional. The preschool class assistants are young girls who have no right working with children so young. Very snobby and nasty energy the moment you walk in this place. I do NOT recommend.
