The specific playgrounds for each age group are full of awesome age appropriate outdoor fun! Ms.Gena and Ms.Emily are incredible. They make drop offs on morning that Jackson is in a bit of a mood easy. They care so much and always remember to tell me how he did during the day (if he napped, how he ate, etc). Jackson was not feeling well one day and I came to pick him up early. They had him cuddled up in his blanket comforting him. I cannot imagine a more wonderful place for Jackson to spend his time while I am working! Did I mention how much his vocabulary has improved and how he is eating more foods since starting! Picking some where to trust your child to is a hard decision!! One daycare we looked at was dark and depressing and we both immediately said no way! It's funny but one of my deciding factors on picking a place is it should be bright and open. We ended up picking KETK, which has been a great decision! I know each of the staff on first name basis, when we come in the morning everyone says "Hi Mika", each teacher knows her, and even at 3 years old she has a curriculum to follow each day and age appropriate goals she needs to hit! Miss Maggie is the main manager and a pleasure to work with she always informs me if anything is going on at school, and they can communicate thru an app which is very convenient! Daycare is expensive, but this place includes all meals which is a big perk, so I don't have to worry about making lunch for her each day. She will be starting VPK here this year and I'm excited to start the next chapter! Also I love their outdoor play area, they have 2 separate areas one for the 1 and 2 year olds and one for the 3 and 4's! And both areas nicely shaded, so the kids aren't out there baking! While the caregivers themselves were kind and took good care of my child, everything else about the management and administration was an absolute disaster. In less than 3 months, my child went through 4 different directors. Each time I had to re-explain the same issues over and over again because no one followed up or took responsibility. I am a parent receiving childcare subsidy assistance. From day one, I was told by the first director that I was "good to go" and had no out-of-pocket costs. Weeks later, I noticed they were charging me full price. The second director admitted that KinderCare made the error and said they would fix it--but she was fired a few days later. The third director discovered that I had been incorrectly entered as the full-price payer and not the subsidy provider. She said she'd fix it, but then disappeared a week later as well. By the time the fourth director came in, I had to start all over again. It turns out my paperwork was approved by the provider months ago, and the daycare had simply failed to bill them. Meanwhile, I was being sent bills with late fees and interest for charges I shouldn't have been responsible for in the first place. To make matters worse, the daycare sent messages telling parents to pick up their kids early because they were short-staffed. One day there was even a sign on the door saying children would be turned away after a certain time. That is completely unacceptable--especially for working parents like myself and my husband who cannot just leave work. Final Straw & Ongoing Issues I gave my two weeks' notice due to all of these issues. However, the daycare director refused to sign my release paperwork, which delayed my child's enrollment at a new daycare. Months later, I'm still dealing with this mess despite calling corporate FOUR times. Now they've added late fees on a bill that is entirely their fault. The regional director, Sheena, is not trying to help me. I have called her to explained that they have sent me to collection due to this issue. She still haven't help me or try to fix the problem .If you're a parent considering this daycare or any KinderCare location think twice. The caregivers may care, but the management is completely unreliable and unprofessional. This has caused me emotional, financial, and logistical stress I wouldn't wish on any parent.

I had an issue with my app still showing me the old location we were at , I submitted tickets and called their help desk but it wasn't until I stopped at the front desk one afternoon and talked to Ms. Kaylee (might not be how you spell it but trust me they know who she is!). In about 5 minutes she was able to help me fix the same issue I had been reaching out for help with. So far it's been nothing but good things I highly recommend you get on their waiting list.
