They either became full-time staff in higher education, moved out of the area, or just retired. Shifting teachers around until new staff is hired is a normal process. With my first daughter, I too was concerned about teacher changes, but I realized that unless your taking your kiddo to private daycare you will encounter these changes. Turnover - Yes, they have had turnover, but every daycare does. We're a military family and my kids have attended a fair share of daycares. The staff they've hired are caring and loving. Facility. Always clean, kid friendly, and learning-centric. The specific playgrounds for each age group are full of awesome age appropriate outdoor fun! Ms.Gena and Ms.Emily are incredible. They make drop offs on morning that Jackson is in a bit of a mood easy. They care so much and always remember to tell me how he did during the day (if he napped, how he ate, etc). Jackson was not feeling well one day and I came to pick him up early. They had him cuddled up in his blanket comforting him. I cannot imagine a more wonderful place for Jackson to spend his time while I am working! Did I mention how much his vocabulary has improved and how he is eating more foods since starting! She has some special medical needs and I was a nervous wreck starting her in daycare but it has been amazing! Their level of cleanliness is beyond even my expectations as a nurse and they always communicate any concerns. The curriculum keeps her little mind stimulated and her hands busy.
