The yoga helps me destress and clear my mind, as well as stretch my body and challenge me to accomplish poses. The barre class has been the toughest class to take, but I was happy with the sweat afterwards, because it helped me feel good! They have disinfecting wipes available as well. Always a good idea during the flu season! Sends in the welcome center area and has a nice view of one of the pools. Great, central, location. Plenty of parking. But don't forget your Nocatee pass! They do have someone taking names frequently to insure only members are using the club. Con: Gets a little crowded. Hoping the new gyms in the area help to reduce the amounts of people though! Recommend, just avoid peak times if possible.
