A wonderful place to reset, refocus, & realign! The staff here were so welcoming, friendly and made my stay perfect. My private room faced one of the surrounding "Three Rivers," which was astounding to see every morning. The fresh air, trees, and small town vibes were calling to me. This lodge is located just outside of the Sequoia National Forest Park. You can walk to the entrance but it takes an hour to drive up to the main trails and sequoia trees. *Cellular service is spotty here. However, they offer free wifi while staying here. *No Cleaning service here so don't forget to make your bed and clean up after yourself:) if you are OCD like me, lol! *Fresh towels, TP, trash bags, ice, DVDs, games, books are available in the front office. *Each room has "Fresh Organic Coffee Beans, an electric coffee grinder, microwave, small fridge, TV with satellite and a DVD player. *Free parking *Private cabins located across from the lodge with small kitchens and bathrooms.

We were able to take in the beauty of this magical place and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The best is perhaps the swimming hole with waterfall in the summer, but our hike among the mossy boulders was incredibly charming and welcoming. The lodging is perfect with enough rooms for multiple families with children as well as friends wanting to getaway together. We're already planning another trip soon and consider this perfect ranch a much needed escape from the city whenever we can get away.

Our party reserved the Sequoia Charmed and Kaweah Gem Suites during our visit. I loved that each suite was walking distance to the river and that were lots of places to sit and relax on the way there. I stayed in the Sequoia Charmed Suite. There was a tiny balcony that overlooked the river. The outdoor kitchen was great. There were bikes to borrow, and there was even a ping pong table. The suite was adorable with a tiny kitchenette and a large pullout sofa. We really liked these beautiful suites. The owner, Diana, was thoughtful, and the suites were big, beautiful, and really relaxing. For our next stay in Three Rivers, I would love to stay at this lovely property again.

Their "Peaks Restaurant" is outstanding: a variety of dinner entries in a lodge-style setting, and the ones we tried over several nights were delicious. The prices were quite reasonable, too. Breakfast was also good and reasonably priced. Good, friendly and prompt service in the restaurant. The Peaks gets very busy at dinnertime, so advance reservations are essential. No reservations taken at other meal times. I highly recommend the Lodge, and its proximity to the "Giant Forest" makes the place most convenient for sightseeing. (It is the only lodging in the park.)

It was the best part of my trip. -Comfortable beds, clean sheets, fresh towels. -It had all the listed amenities. -Reasonable rates especially compared to everyone else in the area. -I recommend this place for family or romantic getaway. The rooms are redecorated, the food Jackie serves is AMAZING and they are both so extremely hospitable! The location is really great because it is easy to get to the local shops and the park entrance. I stayed two nights, first breakfast was french toast and WOW.(best in my life no joke), second breakfast was a spinach frittata also Very good (I am going to try making it!). Most of the breakfasts come with a special jam or sirup that is home made. The home has a very hommy feel to it. The rooms are very nice and feel like a nice hotel room, but no TV (not that you need) Fresh baked brownies sat in the kitchen! Don't bring pets if going to the national parks they cant really do much! Hairdryer in the hall to share if you need! They have a deck on the second floor with a fridge and table/chairs for sharing with other guest (note a room does sit behind with a window) Did I mention FRESH baked brownies sat in the kitchen?

We stayed in the deluxe queen studio. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. . It has a full kitchen and a full wall of windows overlooking the river! There was a great little deck with a table and chairs for eating breakfast and enjoying the view. The property had a great beach area with several nice spaces with canopies and chairs for guest to relax in. And plenty of space for all of the guests to enjoy . The River was clear and deep enough to swim in.. it was not very cold but was refreshing in the summer heat after a day spent up at the national parks. The room was wonderful . The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans utensils , dishes, etc. the beds were comfortable there were plenty of blankets and towels etc. The host was very welcoming and responsive when we reached out with questions and there were instructions, request, and a lot of good suggestions for enjoying our stay provided in a paper that was left in the room.. I would definitely recommend the spot, I plan to come back to visit the Area again and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else
