The heat boiler…read morethey gave me broke less than one year later and even though I had a 10 year warranty, they told me there was a mandatory charge of $300 in addition to the $600 labor fee to get the boiler replaces. I later found out they lied about the mandatory fee and took advantage of me because they knew I was desperate with a broken boiler and a flooded basement. They are liars, thieves and they will intentionally give you damaged parts so you come back. Please do not trust this business for your home.
