They completely crapped the bed on both. The alteration cut the curtains too short, and the installers left garbage from the install in my bed. The reupholstery job was third rate, at best. The seams were not finished and the filling material is popping out of the loose seams. I notified the merchant, and instead of a customer friendly attitude looking to please a customer, I got scolded and talked down to. Service providers should aim to please. If you want high prices, crap work and bad attitude, these are your peeps. If not, look elsewhere. Despite sending merchant photos of the piling popping out of the seams, this is the response I got (not a bit of interest in rectifying the problem): "Customer is always right when there is some validity behind your accusations, at this point it just seems you are pulling at straws. After 30 years of business we have never dealt with this kind of abuse. I will no longer be entertaining this rhetoric. Take care, and all the best."
