Due to having an lumpectomy, I was under the impression that I did not have much of my own breast tissue left and this is why the doctor recommended implants to begin with. But at this point I had had my implants replaced multiple times and continued to have trouble. When I spoke to Dr. Dubrow and his amazing assistant Jackie and explained the trouble that I was having and that I wanted the implants removed. Unfortunately, my husband was not able to attend the consultation due to how fast I was able to get my consultation so we did it over FaceTime. My husband was still hoping for a larger outcome. My expectations were anything healthy. Even if that included a size A cup. After surgery, Jackie had shared my postop surgery report with me. As I expected the chemo and radiation had damaged the tissue in my right breast to the point he had to remove a lot of tissue in order to lift my breasts evenly. Coming out of surgery with the scarring and the stitches , the swelling and everything. I definitely was completely flat chested. But as the days went on, my breast started forming and dropping just as they said they would. I am currently five months postop into my surprise. I am a 34D. Needless to say my husband is extremely happy and so am I. This has been such a wonderful experience and it is all due to a doctor's office. That truly knows what they're doing. Also, the AviClear treatment here was ten times more affordable than any other place I consulted with and with almost no side effects compared to oral acne medication like Accutane. I've been struggling with acne since I was a teenager and finally found a solution! Nima was fantastic the entirety of the treatment regime and helped keep me comfortable the entire time. My Experience Before…read moremy appointment, I was very clear that I wanted filler in my chin and the lateral/sides of my cheeks. I specifically did not want filler in my front/central cheeks because I had previously gone through a difficult process to dissolve filler from that area. I discussed my treatment plan with the office manager and another injector before seeing the doctor. The NP also marked the lateral cheek area where I wanted treatment, which made me feel confident that my instructions were clearly understood. When the doctor came in, I again showed him in the mirror exactly where I wanted the filler. I asked him to do my chin first and then my cheeks. After numbing, he injected my chin first. I was asked to look in the mirror afterward, but there was already bleeding and swelling, so I could not really assess the result. He then moved on to my cheeks. I did not have a mirror during the cheek injections and was expecting the filler to be placed only where I had pointed on the sides of my cheeks. When he later told me he had 0.1 mL remaining and had me look in the mirror, I became extremely anxious when I saw my face and noticed what appeared to be injection in the front cheek area( the exact area I had specifically said I did not want treated. I told him that I only wanted the remaining filler on the side of my cheek, and he said that he did so. They took after photos, but at that point I was feeling cold, nervous, nauseous and overwhelmed and just wanted to leave. I have had filler before, and this experience was very different for me. I could feel distinct, movable, marble-like areas in my cheeks and a firm area on my chin that felt very close to the surface. This made me concerned about the placement and whether the filler had been placed appropriately. I was also not informed about an additional credit-card financing/service charge when my consultation fees were initially taken over the phone. I was not prepared for the additional expense and believe the available payment options and associated fees should have been clearly explained beforehand. I chose this practice because I expected a high level of care and communication. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I deeply regret having the procedure done here. I reached out to the practice about my concerns, and they offered to dissolve the filler at no charge and reimburse me for 50% of what I paid for the filler treatment. However, I had already decided to have the filler dissolved by another provider because I was not comfortable having the corrective procedure performed at the same practice. I have also sent them photos documenting the result after dissolving. I had previously required multiple dissolving treatments for filler in my front cheek area and ultimately had to use a provider offering ultrasound-guided dissolving. Because of that experience, I was especially clear about not wanting filler in that area again. They also stopped responding to my emails instead of just trying to resolve the problem I also believe patients' time should be respected. If an appointment is scheduled for a specific time, patients should either be seen reasonably close to that time or informed in advance if there will be a significant delay.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and with the level of follow-up support afterward. I had surgery on May 5, 2025. Around 4-5 months post-op, I began noticing significant asymmetry developing. By the time I returned for my follow-up appointment in September, the issue had already become very noticeable. At this point, I developed capsular contracture on my left side, causing the breast to feel hard, tight, and unnatural. On the right side, the implant dropped significantly lower than the left, creating visible asymmetry and uneven nipple positioning. I also experienced poor scar healing around my right areola, with the scar remaining thick, raised, and persistently itchy nearly a year later. To be fair, Dr. Kosins did acknowledge the asymmetry during my September appointment, discussed revision options with me, and his office provided information regarding the Allergan warranty coverage. I understand capsular contracture is a known risk of breast augmentation surgery and not necessarily the result of negligence. However, what left me disappointed was the lack of continued follow-up and support afterward. After the initial discussion regarding revision options and warranty information, there was no further outreach, follow-up phone call, scheduling assistance for next steps, or even scheduling of my one-year post-op appointment/check-in. As a patient navigating an upsetting complication less than a year after surgery, that absence of communication left me feeling unsupported and alone in the process. I never expected perfection, and I understand complications can happen with any surgery. But when complications do occur, communication, reassurance, and aftercare matter just as much as the surgery itself. Patients deserve to know not only how successful outcomes are handled, but also how they are supported when results do not go as planned.

I booked the non refundable deposit of $1,000 after meeting with him and scheduled the surgery thinking the quote would similar to what he quoted me on email. The receptionist (I can't say names on yelp), sent me a quote of $187,050. I was floored. I lost the deposit money and we can't afford almost $200,000 for a nose job. I am filled with so many questions of why? Where did we get so lost? My emails are ignored now. I lost the money to the lawyer to the last surgeon who botched me, we're in debt from 4 surgeries that botched me, and I put all my eggs in one basket as to the hope for him to fix me for good. We can't even get a loan for $200,000. I'm really down and absolutely shocked that he said he would help me, but surprised me with a price tag that's insurmountable for what we can afford. It's saddening. My hope is gone for surgeons. They're greedy and money hungry. I hope this review gets him to read what emotional toll this has taken on me, and to think before you charge a patient $200,000 to fix irregularities on their nose. I'm no millionaire or billionaire, I'm a mom raising a toddler who has had a really hard time looking in the mirror. I wish he would have kept his word. Only God will judge us at the end as to how we treated those in need of help but couldn't afford a quarter million dollars to get it.

If my words can prevent even one woman from the mental anguish this has brought me then it would be a disservice to remain silent. I had an augmentation with Dr. Bandy a couple years ago and just recently explanted with a different surgeon. I initially chose her because she was the only female surgeon in my area (I did not want a male surgeon) who would give me silicone implants before the required legal age of 22. It was so important to me to look natural and proportionate. I brought in reference photos, and was adamant on 400ccs, yet somehow was convinced to get 700ccs. Nearly double what I wanted. Mind you, I am only 5'3 and 115lbs. I was very unaware that the bra used to try on sizes would make the implants appear smaller, which led to naïvely trusting in the consultant to go bigger. I was then told I needed to size up even further because they would be under the muscle. I was not accurately informed of how the outcome would look and how awful the recovery process would be. There was an all around lack of professionalism, we even had to pay the anesthesiologist under the table. I regretted it immediately and have hated my body for the last two years. I reached out shortly after expressing my regrets and dissatisfaction with the size, but was told I just had temporary buyers remorse and would be fine. I opted not to inform them of my continued dissatisfaction in order to be left alone. I was not fine. I have felt absolutely mutilated and disgusted by my outcome and have been grieving the loss of my natural body ever since. There aren't even words to express the mental anguish that this has brought me. She had to use spacers in order to fit the giant implants into my small frame, which caused significant trauma to my body. Again, the severity of the entire procedure was glossed over and I was reassured by Dr. Bandy and her consultant. But just before the procedure, she said something along the lines of "I don't know if I can fit these in you, but I'll try". I felt the most excruciating pain of my entire life for weeks. One implant bottomed out in less than a year and I had severe animation deformity in both breasts. I also had significant lateral displacement and rippling. I couldn't stand the sight of my body naked or clothed. I felt hideous. I looked extremely disproportionate and suffered all kinds of pain from the 3lb implants. I began to develop breast implant illness within just months of the procedure, which persisted and worsened over time. The only praise I can give is that my scarring was barely detectable. I also had a nipple (not areola) reduction, which she did a good job on. I was finally able to afford an explant with another doctor recently. This surgeon was extremely professional and informative, walking me through every available option and assessing me thoroughly to ensure the best outcome. I decided to only have an explant and muscle repair because I did not want lift scars. She made sure that I was aware of the mental and physical recovery to come, and that I had a support system in place. Her and her team were incredibly caring and empathetic for what happened to me at this practice. By the grace of God, my skin has retracted and my breasts are very similar to what they were before the augmentation. I now bear the explant scars as a reminder that I never needed to permanently alter my beautiful body, especially not in such a brutal and traumatic way as this. If you are wanting a cosmetic procedure, especially a breast augmentation, please research deeply and consult with multiple surgeons. A good surgeon should tell you when something is going to be too traumatic for your body. They will suggest what is proportionate to you and will inform you on everything you need to know. A good surgeon will not upsell you and mutilate you for the sake of money. They will care about your well being and satisfaction. Please, please be diligent in research.

Dear Dr. Kelishadi Firstly starting your vindictive response to me with "I'm so sorry" because you know that that's the first thing people will see is incredibly manipulative and calculating. Instead of directing your anger at me Dr. Kelishadi and all your other one-star reviews you should attempt to make things right. Your anger Dr. Kelishadi needs to be directed at Valerie who is quite literally putting your practice in jeopardy due to how she treats potential clients, retrain your staff, or get a completely new staff. It's absurd to justify your extremely rude, aggressive, malicious, and ill-intended response by assuming that I must be someone from the competition. I was a potential client, a friend referred me to you. And Dr. Kelishadi I am not "psycho" as you stated that I am. I read in one of the other one-star reviews that you stated that part of your mission is to "empower women" Is calling me psycho empowering women? You said you were not trained in the mental health field but perhaps you should get some mental health training because part of your job is not only making women look their best but also making them feel good which is where you are failing miserably and so is your staff. What if I was someone who is struggling with mental health? Your callous words could potentially push someone over the edge who is struggling with mental health. The scary part is that the majority of your clients are women if this is how you publicly treat women I'd hate to see what you do behind closed doors. You also alluded to the fact I wouldn't ever step in a plastic surgeon's office, well I have, three other times in the past and I have had excellent experiences. First I have to say that if I could give Dr. Kelishadi and his staff (special shoutout to Lindsey because she's awesome!) more than 5 stars I would!! Dr. K is the absolute best! His friendly outgoing personality puts you at total ease to discuss any of your concerns or fears, all your options etc... and his skills in this field are the clencher!! He's amazing!! I'm in the medical field and work along side a variety of doctors daily. I'm only going trust the best! I had the ThermiVa procedure done. It's a painless procedure that tightens everything up vaginally, inside and out!! He uses radio frequency energy to heat the tissue inside and out. After having kids I had some urinary incontinence with exercising, sneezing & coughing. This is a problem since I work out 5-7 times a week and have allergies! I'm happy to say that it's a problem that's been resolved by Dr. Kelishadi!!! And it truly was painless!! Coincidentally a relationship from the past was rekindled about 2 months after. Not only did he notice a difference in tightness and actually said something, (without me saying anything about having ThermiVa done), but I also had a much better sexual experience!! I booked my first appointment end of September through Valerie, who was so sweet and answered all of my questions prior to my consultation visit. I got my mommy full mommy makeover and some complicated extra tissue that was under my arm removed by Dr. Kelishadi on 9/29/20 and I feel like a whole new me. At first, I wanted 480cc's, but a week before surgery, Dr. K suggested we go with 450cc's for the most natural, flattering look. Best decision ever! We went under the muscle with gummy implants, and the results are flawless. From start to finish, Dr. K has been amazing. He answers every single question I have -- whether it's over text, FaceTime, or in person. If I want to stop by the office, he gets me in right away. His bedside manner is unmatched, and I've felt 100% comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I had a consultation with a "famous" Instagram surgeon before choosing Dr. K, and honestly, there's no comparison. I'd…read morelike to start by saying that the office staff was always very kind. 360 TUMMY TUCK: 7/10 For the most part, I am still very happy with the tummy tuck procedure. I did have a complicated recovery with necrosis of the belly button, but you would not be able to tell now. My scars are alright, I've definitely seen much better... but I tattooed over mine anyway so it didn't matter much to me. However, during the consultation I made it a huge point that there was a part of my lower back that I was very unhappy with. Dr K documented and explained that it would be lipo'd and he would excise it if necessary. I have a scar in the area, but it looks like it wasn't touched AT ALL. Definitely no lipo in the area, just a normal tummy tuck scar, but it doesn't go all the way under the area of concern. So it looks like he left it untouched. When I brought this up at my several post op appointments, he told me to wait a year. After a year, he brushed it off. I am now left with this incredibly awkward small lump right above my butt crack that has left me incredibly insecure. BREAST IMPLANTS AND NIPPLE LIFT: 1/10 I already had breast tissue (about a 36 C) but deflated after weight loss. I really wanted to fill them back up and make them perky again. Because of how deflated they were, I was expecting to get a breast lift, which other surgeons also mentioned to me. During the consultation, Dr K was very adamant that he would NOT do a lift, because I was in my early 20's. His reasoning was that they would need to be redone after I had kids... so I told him that I do not plan to have children. He told me that I might change my mind - which is absolutely NOT for him to decide or even have a say in. He told me he could do a nipple lift on my right side and it would make them look even and perky without the lift. I trusted him. My nipple is now OVAL ladies. OVAL. Completely mismatched. Extremely embarrassing. I also have had rippling, it feels like the implants are underfilled. I can literally crunch the bags and you can see it. When I lay down, they go to the side completely and my chest is flat. When I bend forward, they droop and look absolutely disgusting. I was also very concerned about the left breasts shifting so much to the side when I work out, that it completely deforms and pulls the bag. He told me "you can't work out your chest." This was a YEAR after surgery. He literally said I cannot work out, and that was the answer. Six years later and I have extremely heavy, sagging implants that are weighing my chest down. My nipples fall over the crease of my breast, and it's extremely uncomfortable and they've made me feel so embarrassed. I am now having to save money to get the lift that I should have gotten 6 years ago, and hoping that another doctor can fix my nipple and the underlying damage. I will never get these past 6 years back (and the next few years that I spend saving up.) So I hope this saves someone else.

Dr. Wirth is a highly skilled surgeon who has all of the latest evidence based research on surgery and healing protocol, he is also super friendly. He was actually on his way to speak at a conference right after our last appointment. The front desk staff are exceptional, very friendly and always make you feel like a million bucks. The two procedures I had were injuries I received through sports. The initial injury was a split above my eye from a head butt I received from a competition in Philadelphia. I flew home to make it within with 24 hours to receive treatment from Dr. Wirth, and so glad I did since the cut required 2 layers of stitches (I believe the muscular layer and the top skin layer). Had I gone to the ER for this procedure, I would have had a pretty bad result. I also recently underwent rhinoplasty after many years of sporting nose breaks. I had so much scar tissue in my nose that I could barely breathe out of it. Dr. Wirth was able to remove cartilage from one ear (thanks to his precision, likely would have needed 2 ears), and give structure back to my nose. As a beginning, I want to be honest about everything that happened to me and share my full…read moreexperience. In January, I had a labiaplasty performed by Dr. Deborah Ekstrom, MD. After the surgery, she prescribed pain medication (Oxycodone HCl IR 5 mg capsules) for five days. During that time, I had severe constipation and had to go to the ER. On March 3, I went back for a follow-up appointment. During that visit, Dr. Ekstrom also injected hyaluronic acid filler into my labia majora, which cost $1,600. Before the procedure, I asked the doctor if there were any negative side effects and how long the results would last. She told me there were no negative side effects and that the results would last a long time. However, the same day I started feeling something hard, like a small stone. The next day I felt itching and noticed redness. Day by day it became worse. The redness increased, the itching continued, and the area started to look uneven -- the left side looked larger than the right. On March 11, I texted the office manager, Jo Cattell. She was very kind and asked if I wanted to come in that day to see the doctor. I said yes. When I saw Dr. Ekstrom, I first showed her pictures of the redness. She said the pictures looked worse than what she was seeing in person. She also said the redness and swelling might be caused by using an ice pack. However, I do not believe this is the cause. After my labiaplasty surgery, I used ice packs and never had this problem. The symptoms started the same day after the filler injection. I also explained that it hurts when I go to the bathroom. I asked if the filler could be removed, but she told me she could not treat the area right now because it looked like an allergic reaction and that further treatment would cost additional money. She prescribed medication for me to pick up at the pharmacy. I am sharing my full experience because I do not want this to happen to another patient. I work hard for my money, and I do not want to waste it on something that made me feel worse. I do like the results of my labiaplasty, but I do not like the filler injection. It looks uneven and has caused discomfort and illness. If a procedure cannot be done safely, it is better to be honest with patients. People trust their doctors, and I was one of those patients. For fairness, I want to mention that the clinic was very clean. The drive time for me was 1 hour and 40 minutes. Also, two weeks after the surgery I initially left a five-star review. My advice to others is not to write a review until you have had the full experience. Finally, I went to the ER again on March 14, 2026 because my labia majora became worse, with severe itching and swelling. I could not sleep because of the discomfort. They were also very honest and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do for surgery for both the neck/face lift and body lipo/contouring. I had some issues that would have put off surgery but they still accommodated me in the timeline i needed before my wedding. SO far post op the surgeries look mazing and i felt great after just a few days which is amazing since it was almost a 7 hour surgery.
