Premier Marine is the best. My boat wouldn't start despite changing a blown fuse. Aaron Davis,…read morethe owner, was able to get me in quickly despite being very busy. for a quick diagnostic. He was hoping he could diagnose and quickly fix my boat so I wouldn't have to wait the three weeks for an open spot. Within 20 mins he had determined my problem was a bad relay. He didn't have one in stock so he sent me to a local automotive parts store to get one, which I did and installed it myself. Everything is now back to normal. Aaron didn't win my business that day as he already had, but he further solidified my opinion that Premier Marine is one of the best, highest quality, and honest boat repair places I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. One thing that was different from the last time I had an issue and needed Premier Marines services, is email communication. When I called I got a VM message that directed me to send an email rather than leaving a VM. I did and it was promptly answered. We had an exchange of five or six emails over the course of a couple hours. Easy and convenient to communicate with and a nice way to have a record of all that was discussed.

I have an older 1997 Sea Ray, so some of the little things I had been looking over, but Aaron just took care of them. Also, my neighbor across the street has a fishing boat with a Mercury 90, and turns out he did great and fairly priced work last year for him as well. Next time I have a problem, no question I will be back. Thanks Aaron.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one needs to be said -- this was one of the most unprofessional,…read moremisleading, and frustrating experiences I've ever had with any service provider. I booked a boat repair appointment and clearly explained the issue over the phone. I was told confidently, "Yes, we handle this type of repair all the time." They explained the pricing as follows: $75 deposit to confirm the visit, and a $175 flat fee for the first diagnostic hour -- which would only be charged if no repair was done. If a repair proceeded, that $175 would be fully applied to the repair cost. I paid the deposit and scheduled the visit in good faith. At the appointment, the mechanic -- Tyler, who also identified himself as the co-owner and said his father Jeff was his partner -- showed up clearly inexperienced. Per his own words, he had been fired on the spot from his previous mechanic job. He had no idea how to diagnose the issue. Instead, he fumbled around, calling friends and his dad, and flipping through the manual. This, after I was assured over the phone that they were qualified for this exact issue. When I asked what was going on, Tyler admitted: "I can't figure it out. I'll refund you the $75 because I can't fix it." But he didn't just fail -- he left my boat in worse condition than when he arrived, with tampered and potentially damaged electrical systems. I'm now considering legal action for financial loss and emotional stress. Then came the final insult: they sent me a $750 invoice -- despite Tyler's clear promise not to charge me and to refund the deposit. I followed up and spoke with him again. He told me he'd "have accounting reach out to fix it," but no one ever followed up. After more ignored calls, I finally reached someone by phone -- whom I believe was Jeff, based on what Tyler told me (that Jeff is his father and co-owner). That person told me they would take me to court if I didn't pay. This company misrepresented their capabilities, broke their word, possibly damaged my boat, and tried to bill me for hundreds of dollars after delivering no legitimate service. Stay far away from this business. What I experienced wasn't just incompetence -- it was deceptive, disorganized, and potentially predatory.

Used boat buyers beware; victim of a bait and switch deal or just a victim of incompetent staff…read moremember Frankie ? Either way, it was a huge letdown when I tried to buy a used boat from them off there Facebook listing, posted by staff supervisor Frankie. Posting was listed as a 2007 Searay 240 for $16,800.00 . Since I live over 300 miles away, I called and spoke with Frankie, who told me I should put down $500 to secure the sale and I better do it quick since there's a lot of other people on-site looking at it. As soon as I paid the $500 the same day the ad on Facebook was switched to a 1997 with no apology to myself about misrepresentation. I asked him to send me more pictures of the boat, specifically the engine and any service records, along with a delivery quote, which was a service they can provide. I was told he would, but I never received anything after several days. I called Frankie, after several days of no response and he told me he is putting the boat on auction instead we'd be better off not buying this boat . Since this was totally shady I requested my deposit returned, which I did receive . Later I checked their website and found they Re-listed the boat for over $23,000 dollars ! Germain marina sales person Frankie I found was very dishonest and probably shouldn't work at a boat dealership... . So buyers beware!

They really went above and beyond to make things right and straighten out any issues I had. I was really impressed with how they handled that and they restored my confidence in them as a company and people that work there. Original Review: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, all of the service I have received has turned into a mess. I had them summerize (which listed hooking up batteries as a line item) and replace all fluids. When I got it back none of the pumps/lights/shower/etc had power to them. Batteries had the bare minimum hooked up. First time out with it and oil was blowing out of the oil filter because it wasn't installed correctly. When I took it back to get that fixed they didn't clean up the oil mess in the compartments which they specifically said they would and now none of the electrical works even though batteries are fully charged. I should have just done all the work myself and saved thousands since I am having to do it all myself anyway. I really wanted to make them my shop. They are nice but I don't trust their service at all now.
