And then he told me to come back whenever I get a chance, so he could check my shooting form at the range and set the nock rest properly. Came back later to get a new compound bow. Same thing. Sent me home with a Bear Wild that worked like a dream. Came later with a used compound I'd picked up almost for free, that had a lot of problems. Again, Brandon walked me through all the different things they could do to make it work like new, and Dallas worked with me on my form to determine my optimal draw length and draw weight so they could adjust it properly. I'm in the middle of a racket switch after using the same racket for 10 years and have had to demo multiple rackets as the switch to a modern racket takes a lot of understanding of what will work long term. They charge for demos on a daily basis which I was fine to do. The lady told me you're trying to not buy a racket that's why you're using so many demos - how stupid. I don't need to give my business anymore to someone with such a nasty attitude. Tennis warehouse will give you free demos and even deduct shipping costs when you buy a racket from them. I support a lot of great local businesses however a basic modicum of respect and service is essential.

They didn't have any store hours until 2 days later on Thursday but offered to come in that evening for us by appointment. Both owners were there (there is a dance studio upstairs).
