I recently stopped in to order an arrangement for a funeral service and ended up ordering two because my budget allowed me. And the arrangements came out so beautiful. They deliver their orders themselves and are on time. Sometimes it might be hard to reach them, but call in the morning before they get too busy arranging flowers. My brother might know the owners or something - can't recall. I believe he got her the -- Love You to the Moon Bouquet -- looking at the sample photo anyways. I've been purchasing their arrangements since 2022. Each friend who has received a birthday arrangement was in love/awe with their gift. --Timeless Bouquet-- (Perfect for someone is is classy, elegant, love neutrals, and beautiful things) In July 2022, Urban Flora texted me once the flowers were dropped off; I had the flowers dropped off outside as my friend was quarantining and was the point of main point of contact while keeping this a surprise. --Pink Sorbet Bouquet-- (Perfect for a lover of pink, someone with a vibrant personality, maybe someone into anime). In March 2025, Urban Flora will e-mail the purchaser that it has 'shipped' once it's about to be delivered and will e-mail the purchaser once delivered. It would also be my first choice for my man -- if only they delivered to his city which they do not -- might have to do a pick-up one of these days. I would not recommend Urban Flora for last minute custom for like a Condolence arrangement - I did reach out in 2023 but was not able to get a hold of them at the time. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. You definitely get what you pay for and 'the best bouquet' is the experience you are providing.

True to her word, Ann delivered the flowers to my Godmother's home first thing in the morning. My Godmother lives in a senior community and Ann also delivered her some fruit out of the sheer kindness of her heart! Nobody called my phone. I gave her the code to get in to the building so she could bring it to my apt since I was sick. She didn't deliver it but just left the flowers in the street outside the building. I told her it will get lost & she didn't bother to listen to me. Instead she said I could report it to you. This is so unacceptable. No deliveries are left outside the building especially this community are for the elderly. I wish your personnel are respectful and kind because we are your customers who give you business.

I recently bought flowers from this "business" last week, something came up and I ended up having to cancel the order. They said I was able to cancel it, as the flowers haven't been delivered to my house yet. They told me that it would be in my bank account by Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday, I still don't see my refund in my account. They told me that they haven't reached processed the refund because they were closed this past week. Mind you, that their hours (even on their voicemail) state that they are open from MONDAY to FRIDAY. IT IS WEDNESDAY! Then the sketchiest part happens: they tell me they need to contact a different company to process my refund, but if I give them my card information, then they can do it themselves. It seems very unprofessional to tell the customer one thing, and then tell them something different. These were $100 flowers, and they are just refusing to give it back. On top of that as well, when I did call them, they didn't pick up unless I called them 5 or more times. I don't know what is going on at that business on a regular weekday, where it takes that long for them to pick up, it's not like they're getting any business. Honestly just horrible customer service. Word of advice: never buy from these people. Their flowers are worthless, overpriced, and whats worst of them all, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So thank you Santa Clara Woodward's Flowers for stealing my money, not delivering my flowers, and just being completely HORRIBLE.
