I recently bought flowers from this "business" last week, something came up and I ended up having to cancel the order. They said I was able to cancel it, as the flowers haven't been delivered to my house yet. They told me that it would be in my bank account by Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday, I still don't see my refund in my account. They told me that they haven't reached processed the refund because they were closed this past week. Mind you, that their hours (even on their voicemail) state that they are open from MONDAY to FRIDAY. IT IS WEDNESDAY! Then the sketchiest part happens: they tell me they need to contact a different company to process my refund, but if I give them my card information, then they can do it themselves. It seems very unprofessional to tell the customer one thing, and then tell them something different. These were $100 flowers, and they are just refusing to give it back. On top of that as well, when I did call them, they didn't pick up unless I called them 5 or more times. I don't know what is going on at that business on a regular weekday, where it takes that long for them to pick up, it's not like they're getting any business. Honestly just horrible customer service. Word of advice: never buy from these people. Their flowers are worthless, overpriced, and whats worst of them all, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
