I needed a floral arrangement for my grandparents urn and came to this florist. I didn't preorder, I just went in and chose the white flowers and vase. The staff member made the arrangements as I waited. The credit card machine wasn't working and he didn't have change with my cash. He went next door to get change. The arrangement came out nicely and the flowers were vibrant. My arrangement came out to $68.

I wanted to give a good review but honestly, I did not like the service at all. They didn't answer the phone at all. I called several times regarding an order I placed. There's no voicemail either. The flower delivery was made, however, the flowers are NOT what I ordered. I would've at least appreciated a phone call to communicate that certain colors/flowers were unavailable if I had known the end product would be SO different. At the very least the color scheme should've been followed. Horrible customer service and I paid for a quality much higher than what was delivered. I highly suggest going elsewhere.

Yes, they are open for Valentine's Day! I was surprised with a lovely bouquet this morning and my boyfriend said I just had to leave a stellar review for this family-owned flower shop. He said he was able to tell them his price range and what kinda flowers I do/don't like and the mother and daughter were super helpful arranging something special for him. Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Stop by Marleigh's for your special someone!

Simple Boutonnière

Okay so this is the second time that I had ordered flowers from Marleigh's. My son is in high school so I needed a corsage and boutonnière for a formal. Last year, everything from inquiring, ordering and receiving the beautiful flowers was spot on and exceptional. But this time around we had a bit of a hiccup.... So again inquiring was fine, I called they answered, I got the info I needed. So I stopped by the shop to make my order about a week before the event. I came in and a gentlemen took my order and wrote it on the carbon copy paper type receipt. Then precedes to ask a woman to take my payment because I wanted to pay ahead of time. I paid with cash because my son decided to pay for it with his money. My order cost $49, I handed her a $50 and said to keep the change. Then I get the copy of my receipt before I left. I didn't double check the receipt to say "Paid", I really wish I did.... Actually, I really wish I paid with a credit card too! So I went in this morning to pickup my order and they said that I owe $49. Apparently, the receipt said "pay at pickup", which I could barely read because it's on cc paper right?! I informed them that I had already paid on Monday when I made the order, but they didn't seem to remember. And I wasn't about to pay again! No, that doesn't make sense at all. So I was getting upset because they both didn't seem to remember anything, no matter what I said. I ordered on a Monday and picked up on a Friday, that's only 4 days apart... Luckily the gentleman said it was okay and I left. But I mean they should have notated that it was paid for to begin with, before handing me the receipt. I know it's close to Valentine's Day and it's super busy for them, but they need to be able to keep their orders straight. Details and changes all need to be notated and confirmed. I know it is a simple mistake and that it could happen, but damn that totally ruined my morning! I have 2 more years of ordering flowers for prom and graduation, etc. I don't want to have to go through something like this again. It's not a good feeling.... The boutonnière and corsage are beautiful and exactly what was ordered. My son and his date will enjoy them. But I just hope their process can be improved, so we can decide to return next year rest-assured for service with no hiccups.

Centerpiece

I had them do all the centerpieces for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen plus the centerpiece for her main table & the boutonnières. They did an amazing job! I got exactly what I asked for & everything was delivered on time. I will definitely be recommending this business to family & friends. Can't wait to use them again in the future!

Ordered a sympathy wreath for my brothers funeral. The owners were nice and helpful. flowers were fresh and beautiful. They also offered custom banners and They delivered from Milpitas all the way to Modesto which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend.

Co-worker received this plastic pot of tiny plant today for $100 ... shameful that this florist is still in business.

Ordered $100 plant to be delivered 10/12 to a co-worker after surgery and driver delivered to another address. Owner promised to get an a replacement to our friend. It has been a week and no replacement delivered. Have asked for refund and told would not receive replacement or refund until they find where they delivered the original. Is this even legal? What can I do? Help! UPDATE: Co-worker received small plastic pot with red flowers today. Shameful that this florist gave a $5 plant for a charge of over $100. Our company wants a refund!

$55 daisy crown with no box to store.

Not too shabby. My husband ordered flowers online and of course, it looks nothing like the picture. Never order flowers online from a stock photo. You'll never get what you want unless you personally go in and choose the flowers they have in season and available in store. I'm not a fan of carnations, daisies, or ferns. I almost despise them. Especially if they cost $40-$50 for a vase *SMH* (shaking my head). After a day of sitting on my counter, I've actually really start to admire them. The flowers are fresh and vibrant. The arrangement was put together quite beautifully. Sure, I might not like the cost, but I can tell the florist really gave it some TLC (tender love and care). No regrets that the payment is for their attention to details and service. I would say I am a fan and would think of them the next time I'm in need of an arrangement. The quality of their flower is just spectacular. I just wouldn't order online.

For floral arrangements - I either make my own or outsource…read more This is my first choice florist in the Santa Clara County when gifting to my floral loving - closest and dearest friends (at least once in their lifetime). This is top tier gold; essentially the place one would think to gatekeep. My brother got my mom, a Mother's day bouquet and the quality was superb and different. Total gem. My brother might know the owners or something - can't recall. I believe he got her the -- Love You to the Moon Bouquet -- looking at the sample photo anyways. I've been purchasing their arrangements since 2022. Each friend who has received a birthday arrangement was in love/awe with their gift. --Timeless Bouquet-- (Perfect for someone is is classy, elegant, love neutrals, and beautiful things) In July 2022, Urban Flora texted me once the flowers were dropped off; I had the flowers dropped off outside as my friend was quarantining and was the point of main point of contact while keeping this a surprise. --Pink Sorbet Bouquet-- (Perfect for a lover of pink, someone with a vibrant personality, maybe someone into anime). In March 2025, Urban Flora will e-mail the purchaser that it has 'shipped' once it's about to be delivered and will e-mail the purchaser once delivered. It would also be my first choice for my man -- if only they delivered to his city which they do not -- might have to do a pick-up one of these days. I would not recommend Urban Flora for last minute custom for like a Condolence arrangement - I did reach out in 2023 but was not able to get a hold of them at the time. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. You definitely get what you pay for and 'the best bouquet' is the experience you are providing.

I placed and fully prepaid for a bouquet in advance. On the day of the order, I called several…read moretimes and sent messages to confirm everything, but no one returned my calls or responded. At the end of the day, I was simply told, "Sorry, we are sold out." As a result, I wasted time, and more importantly, the person I wanted to surprise was left without flowers. Because of the lack of communication, I was left in uncertainty and couldn't implement an alternative plan in time. This level of communication and organization is unprofessional. Situations like this can seriously disrupt customers' plans.
