Very clean, organized, and aesthetic reformer pilates studio!
The instructors were welcoming, clear, and helpful in fixing form and postures while I was on the reformer as a beginner. They will go around to guide you individually when they spot any corrections. Even the assistant was kind enough to explain how to use the sauna features. I even got a personal welcome sign on my first day. You'll feel like standing on a surfboard in the middle of a calm ocean. Jesus walking on water experience. Guaranteed to feel the burn on sculpt, stretch, core, and fusion pilates.
The infrared sauna was relaxing and easy to use, including the lymphatic drainage machine. You'll feel like standing on an 8.5 earthquake while shaking like Shakira. The eucalyptus towels were cool, refreshing, and smelled good after a nice workout and sauna. The single restroom is pretty and clean like a 5-star hotel.
You must arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment, or else they will lock the door for privacy. Store your belongings in the cubby shelf next to the door when you walk in. Expect to be waitlisted daily on most classes and the sauna room, since this studio has nine reformers. Luckily, I was able to get in a day before my reservation when I was #1 on the waitlist.
I recommend having a mat pilates experience before getting into reformers to feel less intimidated and be familiar with body-mind coordination. Always wear grip socks to prevent slipping. They have socks available to purchase from their website/app. Plus, men are welcome to join. If you decide to cancel your membership for some reason, you must email Squlpt Pilates support by the second week of your pass rather than cancel at the front desk. Check in using their app or through your instructor. read more
