They pay attention to form, push you when needed, and still make sure workouts are safe and tailored to your level. I've personally seen progress in my strength and confidence since joining. What stands out most is the community. It's supportive, not intimidating, and everyone encourages each other, which makes it easier to stay consistent. The equipment is well-maintained, and the workouts are structured in a way that challenges you without feeling overwhelming. If you're looking for a place that combines expert coaching, a strong community, and real progress, I highly recommend Elite Performance Gym.

Everyone there is incredibly friendly, which creates such a welcoming and motivating environment. A special shoutout to Liz, who went above and beyond by sharing nutrition resources tailored to my vegan diet--it made a huge difference and really shows how much they care about their members as individuals. Overall, I've felt so supported since joining. It's an amazing community, and I'm really glad I found this place!

They have a red light therapy (Total Body Enhancenent) machine, tanning beds, hydromassage chairs and beds, regular massage chairs, and a cryo chair (hot and cold therapy). Everything appears well maintained. I am not a fan of the hydromassage beds and wish they had just stuck with the lounger chairs. They have at 2 of each of the strength training machines which is nice because it's not too often that you have to wait for a machine. People seem pretty considerate about not using the machines as a seat to scroll on their phone. I do wish they had an ab bench crunch machine with neck support. The kind without weights that you hold the handles and do crunches with your neck and shoulders supported so you can isolate your abs. Staff is helpful. Club is well maintained.

The tvs exclude Fox and cnn (more locations should). Great facilities, getting a machine isn't too difficult, however still needs attention to detail. Now someone named "pastor Tim" left a note I guess attempting to recruit people to a church (see attached) now before pf corporation replies and says talk to management: I did. They just said thanks for the concern. Went to work out, finished work out it was still there. Now I'm catholic, but I believe that others have a right to their faith: it is Fremont after all. You find all sorts of religions in this community, and speaking for them it may offend someone. I did jog next to someone who I was sure was not any sort of Christian . Now I did like the gym, but keep religion and politics out, most of us show up to unwind. Call Tim to solve this not me . 4.1/5

As shown on their individual location page, the highest tier membership is $64.99. There are cheaper memberships depending on what membership you sign up for. It is not overly packed during the times that I go, usually around 6:30pm on weekdays and sometimes Sunday evenings. I generally count 8-10 people at most and have never had to wait for a machine or equipment. The only humidity you experience is in one of the bathrooms if someone previously took a shower. However, they leave the door open to promote airflow. As far as I am aware, there is airflow and I have not once felt uncomfortable there. Judging from a majority of reviews, many people like and in fact, love this gym. It will not anger you, unless you are quick to get angry over things. It sounds to me that the real cause of this low review was being charged an amount that they did not agree with, and possibly missing important details when signing up. This could have been resolved with a phone call, instead of a poor review. I would urge you, dear reader, to approach negative reviews like this with caution. Understand that the employees here care, it is not a crowded gym or humid in any manner, and Trent is there to help you out when needed. There is no pressure to join if you sign up for a free trial either.

There's no airflow and it's honestly just the worst gym ever it's overpriced for the stuff that they give. I would steer clear of this gym. If I were you go to any other gym please they have charged me $150 in one month just for joining and I go and I don't even enjoy myself. It's hot in there. I can't breathe and there's always a bunch of people and it's very small. Save your money stay away from this place. It's literally horrible a waste of your time and it will piss you off. And if I can give this gym zero stars I would, but I had to give it one, but if I could, it would be zero to nothing.

I just want to do a little workout to stave off death . So far I have been very pleased. The staff are all friendly, helpful and no sales pressure to upgrade to their higher tier- which I don't need. They explained how the cardio machines work- you have to start using them, then you program your desired levels etc. The gym itself is clean, well maintained. There are lots of disinfecting stations to wipe down the machines, and most of the patrons do so after every use. The woman's locker room is very clean and the bathrooms are well maintained. I don't use the showers, but took a peek and they appear to be clean, no build up of hair/ soap etc. Another plus, there is no gym smell of sweat etc. There is music playing overhead but it is not overwhelmingly loud- most people wear their earbuds/headphones, but you are able to have a conversation without shouting. The temperature is perfect. (This week the Bay Area is having a heat wave but the gym is nicely cooled but not meat locker cold!) As I am retired, I go there mid afternoon so it is not busy/crowded- I can't say how busy they are mornings or evenings. Parking is good. There are multiple TV's each tuned to a specific channel and the cardio machines have the ability to listen to your selected channel via headphones/ Bluetooth buds etc. I had a brief session with their on staff trainer (free) and he was helpful explaining form etc. Overall, this gym is great for beginners and intermediate people, It is not intimidating and people are there to do their own thing. I have not seen people there showing off huge muscles/weights lifted, nor showing off their latest cute outfits. There are people of all ages and abilities (saw wheelchairs/canes and teenagers). I've gone 10 times over a two week period and so far am very happy I joined. They don't have aerobic classes/spin classes etc. this is just a place to get your workout done and leave. Lots of different machines and weights so you won't get bored.

The space they have created is so welcoming for beginners, and they foster an environment where anyone--no matter where they are in their fitness journey--can get the workout they are looking for. The instructors are attentive to everyone in class and are incredibly supportive. I would also like to show my appreciation for three instructors whose classes I generally take on a weekly basis. Claudia is one of my all-time favorite fitness instructors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have taken her Pilates reformer class, hybrid mat class, and TRX class. I consider her coaching the primary reason I was able to break through the fitness plateau I was experiencing before coming to the studio. She is extremely knowledgeable about the workouts and can create modifications on the spot to fit you and your fitness goals. I go Tina's Barre class, and what I appreciate about it is the structure, as well as how unique each session is. Her instruction style is very supportive, and she is beyond cognizant of everyone in the room. In every class, she checks in on each client to make sure they have good form. I never thought I would enjoy taking Barre, but I now consider myself a true Barre enthusiast. Audrey is another amazing instructor. I generally take her reformer class and Exo Chair class. Audrey's classes are so welcoming and engaging. Her workouts are challenging, but due to how she engages the class, time seems to fly by because we are all just having fun. As I stated at the beginning of this review, I have never advocated this much for a fitness studio, and I will continue to be a client for the foreseeable future and then some. Thank you, Jen, and the rest of the IMX Studio team!

For someone who dislikes exercise, getting sweaty and waking up early, IMX Pilates has completely changed the way I feel and think about exercise. This form of fitness is perfect for me who has chronic aliments like a bad back/knee, weak shoulder, sensitive tailbone and hurt foot. Movements can be modified to your level or current condition. It can be challenging if you push yourself. It's a full body low impact workout that works your whole body and muscles you didn't even know existed! I can attest that my physical weaknesses before going to Pilates have either healed or strengthened. When I had rotator cuff surgery, Pilates was a great rehab exercise. The best part are the instructors esp the owner. She knows you by name and makes a point to make sure your form is correct, and nothing is too overwhelming or hard. She has hired some amazing instructors who truly love teaching and doing Pilates. They won't teach anything they wouldn't do themselves. And EVERY class is different. You never will be bored! The studio is exceptionally clean; the reformers are spaced out well (not cramped); the equipment is well cared for and lots of options for hand weights, wedges, cushions to accommodate your back, head etc.. and its not difficult to get a spot in class if you register in a timely manner. It's been one of the best commitments I have ever made.
