His work was neat and orderly and was performed in a professional manner. Excellent Communication, Installation and straightforward pricing from Darius at CatJacks!…read more I reached out to Darius to have 2 CAT6 drops and 1 Wireless Access Point Wired/Hung. Pricing was exactly as shown on the web-site. Scheduling was very simple using Calendly. On the day of installation, prior to our appointment, Darius texted me to ensure I was still available. I then received another 'location' text when he was on his way. Darius walked through the house and we discussed where I wanted each drop - for example, in the bedroom I wanted the drop to be just above my drawers, so that I could mount a TV there and easily plug in to CAT-6 rather than going over WiFi. Darius is very detail oriented and even went to the trouble of (measuring) to mount my AP to line up with the 2 lights that are in my hallway and entryway! After the walk-through, he marked each of the drops with painter's tape, then once again confirmed with me the locations. Darius vacumed/cleaned up after himself as he worked and did a very professional job - leaving the house in the same state as when he arrived, willing to explain anything he was doing. On completion, I tested the drops/AP - everything was good and we settled up! I'm very pleased with the work Darius did; as well as being very Professional, he is also a very personable chap who really knows his stuff. (to put in context, I'm an IT Infrastructure/Software Project Manager). In summary, I would definitely recommend Darius to anyone that needs either AP's to be hung or Network Drops!

Thanks Maht. I would love to reply to your statements:…read more"I am sorry after all these years you still feel this way. Interesting you waited 4 years to write a review. I am sorry it wasn't to your expectations." When another company comments they have seen similar work from you, I decided to post so that people know what they are getting into. Besides, reviews from good friends & your wife (Angela) are not really unbiased reviews (and against YELPs policy). "I sacrificed other projects to meet your deadline. You had many parts at cost on top of the discount, and went back and looked to confirm this. The rack looked sloppy to get it done before the party, it would have easily been another two maybe three full days of labor, about 20 hours. You had no interest in paying me for my time." So after paying you $88,000, I was expected to pay another $2,500 (20hrs @$125hr) to make work, your company (which fired the employee during the job) didn't do??? Did you forget all the delays from the city on the projection screen? Maht, YOU were the one that recommended the latest automated screen, the first in the nation! It's not my problem the city wanted to make sure it was up to codes... most contractors understand this and would have thought ahead to get the appropriate documentation.
